Quick to act for the benefit of their customers.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Amtech for years, I greatly appreciate their help and support that they have given me. I bought a small item for my solution hose, 1/4 reusable hose fitting and it broke as i was tightening it…. Phoned Dave in desperation, and i received a new fitting 9 am this morning, a day after. Now that is superb support and fast…. Really, really appreciate your help, thank you so very much. Especially Dave.

total rubbish.
bought little handtruck for tools, rated for 45 kgs, put about 25 kgs on it and went about 50 feet and the fold-up mechanism malfunctioned when i tried to fold it up and same mechanism refused to open out straight again also.

I purchased an Amtech 28mm pipe cutter…
I purchased an Amtech 28mm pipe cutter as I had to cut some pipes in a very restricted space. However, when it arrived, I couldn't get it onto the pipe as the cutting wheel didn't move. I contacted AmTechDIY who were very helpful and sent out another one by courier. The replacement worked fine. Great service!

Purchased a pair of Amtech workman…
Purchased a pair of Amtech workman gloves from one of their suppliers and when I got home and unpacked them found I had two left handed gloves. Contacted Armtech direct who sent a replacement pair to me next day at no cost. Great customer service for an item of such small monetary value and cannot thank them enough for sorting the problem.
