Nice ring! Good service.
First, I unfortunately received a different measurment for my ring than I had ordered. But after I went by the showroom to check the right size for my ring and give back the wrongly sized ring, they made sure to adjust the ring to the right size. I received my new ring within 5 days! The quality and looks are great. Overall very pleased with my ring. Also very nice packaging.

Damaged within hours of gentle use
The ring was too thin and fragile and got damaged and bent out of shape within hours or gentle use. For the money I paid I didn’t expect this low a quality and I had wanted a special piece that I could keep and wear for years to come. I also found the ring sizing guide difficult to use and although comparing my finger size and an existing ring size my ring arrived and was way bigger than anticipated.

Due to a technical error, it was temporarily made available in larger sizes, including the one you ordered. We understand that when such a delicate ring is worn on a different finger or in a larger size, it can feel more fragile.

I ordered a ring in what turned out to be a size up and they were so kind to propose to resize it themselves. They sent a mailing slip immediately and communicated throughout the whole process so I was not left wondering where the ring was. Excellent customer service and overall service, gorgeous jewels - 100% recommend.

Beautiful ring, friendly service
Beautiful ring and friendly service in the store. The order did take longer than I was initially told it would take (5 weeks instead of 1,5) and I had to ask updates myself instead of getting informed about the delay. However, AVJ did take my feedback on that matter to heart and went out of their way to find a solution. So all in all I'd recommend. And most importantly, as I said: I love the ring.

The ring was not the size we wanted, but it was the last piece, so they changed the size (at an extra cost), but it was okay because this is the design we wanted.
