I bought a skirt online and it is indeed beautiful and of high quality - lucky I found it...And I truely like the idea, it´s fair clothes,too.
Shipment was as fast as promised and within three days I could wear my purchase. I will be checking the labels stuff in the future, real nice collections.

Love the skirt but need a bit of tweaking on the website
I was very excited about a recent purchase of a skirt from Amsterdam that was purchased from a store in Canada. I loved the skirt and was looking to purchase two more for gifts. When I was on the website to order I was confused about the lengths of the skirts and while browsing I didn't see the Additional Info link that was a bit further down the page and not immediately visible - even though I was looking for it. I realize this was my error, however, I did end up purchasing a skirt that was not the length I was looking for. Upon emailing for options to return the items it was suggested that it cost too much and I was told that I should have read the details and that returning would be too expensive and I should probably give them away or sell them. I was not overly impressed with this response and succumbed to the idea that they are now mine, like it or not. I was though, impressed with delivery as the option when purchasing was 3 to 4 days and I didn't believe they could do this, however, it did end up on my doorstep within this time and the delivery system was excellent - especially the ability to make changes to the delivery with my phone. I do love the skirts that I have and am now just trying to determine if the length of the two I ordered online are appropriate or not (since I don't have much option)

Of course you are free to return the skirts you have bought, this is your right. Our return policy states that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the products. Since you live in Canada and our webshop is located in The Netherlands, the shipping costs to return them will be high. Therefore we just gave you the advice to sell the skirts, because we believe this will cost you less money than returning them. We just wanted to think along with you, and were trying to find a cheaper option.
I'm sorry that you didn't see the additional info at first. If you decide to return them after all, please inform us. We might be able to help you find the cheapest option.
If you decide to buy again, please contact us. We are happy to help you placing an order.
