NOT GOOD
The website looks really good. So i bought here two times. First time around twenty seeds and the second time around seven seeds. Only 1 of all those seeds came out. I expected more quality. And i wont buy here again.

Same as it is in Nature, it does happen that sometimes seeds do not germinate properly; this can be because of many different reasons. After all seeds are 'life' material and not a mass produced factory product.
The way to go about is to inform us about this. Then after consulting with the customer on HOW he germinated and found that it's not the customers mistake, we ALWAYS replace the seeds free of charge or let you choose something else for more less the same price at no further charge...

Largest varieties/strains to choose from, with excellent, prompt & discreet service from the sales team. I HIGHLY recommend using the FedEx shipping option for those outside of the EU (as learnt from experience) 1st order via standard post never arrived....2nd via FedEx (as recommended by sales staff) and no problems. Would & have bought from again.

Very unhappy
Very happy with the customer service and the speed at which I received my package. However, it came in an envelope with an invoice attached to it with "Amsterdam Seed Centre" in big bold letters in 3 separate places on the front. The postman made a comment to me about having a nice summer as he handed me my package. I am very, very unhappy about this as the ASC website promises discreet packaging. Incredibly displeased by this.
Edit: I received a response from ASC and am satisfied that it isnt their fault and the problem is to do with Brexit. Increased my rating as a result as I was happy with their speed and delivery otherwise.

We do apologize. Because of Brexit there is more paperwork that we now have to include with the shipment.
In the meantime we have now adapted our protocol for UK orders to prevent this from happening again.
