A very thorough, detailed, yet easily followed Level 3 survey report provided. Service very quick and competitive. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent comprehensive report and the surveyor was happy to answer our queries on a phone call. The office can sometimes be a little busy and leaving a voicemail is not always possible but we always got a callback within a few minutes.

The communication and support has been excellent.
Debs assisted with the booking of the survey and answered our queries and provided advice where required.
Jo also supported us and we couldn't be happier with the service.
It was great being able to log in online and follow the progress of the report and to message Debs and Jo with any questions.

Really pleased with the service offered. Called to check what was required before instructing the survey. Cheapest price by quite a way compared to other providers. Report was very detailed and was sent after 7 days as stated. Would recommend and use again in future if needed.

Very thorough and well explained. Jo was great and very quick at responding and organising the survey. The process was very quick from having a surveyor assess the property to receiving the report. The photos included were helpful and clearly labelled too. Would definitely recommend AMS surveys!

AMS responded very promptly, worked to a tight deadline, and completed an incredibly thorough survey. It was the second survey I had done on the same property (the first survey was done by another company), and the AMS survey was significantly more detailed and thorough, revealing problems that had not been revealed by the surveyors who did the first survey. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
