Really dissapointed to book online. Paid 10pound deposit per person. It did not say 'non-refundable' deposit. Cancelled my booking online in good time due to friends illness. Rang the place to ask about my deposit, they would not refund it. When I asked to have my table back, they said I would need to go online and book it again and pay another deposit. I don't think thats acceptable for paying customers who had the courtesy to cancel in good time. I wont be back.

Attended by a man called Dave, and his manners were non existant! Contacted my partner's mum to ask for an updated offer on a property we were looking into buying! On 2 occasions whilst in the middle of a bidding and said he would contact us back in regards to speaking to the owners as we were 1st time buyers and the other bidder was not. The man was dismissive when my partner called to see if there was a decision to which he said... there's 11k over now, so we were waiting for 3 days and he obviously wasn't going to tell us, I'd spoke to him the day prior also! He said that was ages ago... it was the day before. Another time I called and got put through to rentals, the man didnt understand me and said he'd get someone to call back, to which obviously didn't happen. He then called my partner at work twice although we had stated to contact me before 3pm as he was working. Absolutely shocking service, over a week later and was no further forward. It has actually put us off buying or bidding more towards the property we were initially very keen on.
Would not consider advertising with them, and I would not want them to advertise any future sales of mine as their so unapproachable and rude.
I think working on customer service skills and attitude would benefit a lot.

Staff extremely aggressive when requesting any assistance. Tend to bully younger tenants and tell direct lies. Totally unapproachable, I would not recommend to anyone.
