Since our business started out, we have used Amplivox. Their customer service to help enable a speedy turnaround for instance on servicing and calibration has always been exemplary. On occasion we have explored options with other companies then regretted it!
I have been trying to work with Amplivox to assist one of our customers since 2/13/23. I haven't received any response from the website support request I submitted on that date and was unable to get anyone to answer their business phone number for over two weeks. I had to go through our distributor to find a contact person and ended up receiving Don Roth's contact information who is Amplivox CEO and President. Since then we have had headway in taking care of our customer however, the issues still aren't resolved. After trying a different mic, then a different cable, the issues still presented and when I asked Don Roth for an RMA on the mixer/amp on 3/31 A MONTH AND A HALF LATER (which we had pegged as the source of the problem back in February) he became agitated, unprofessional, rude, and demeaning in his verbal response to my inquiry for an RMA. I would not recommend any one utilize their products if they want any kind of decent customer service. To have a CEO flip a behavioral switch like that when one of their partners reaches out for warranty replacement work is UNACCEPTABLE. I wish I could give zero stars.
Sent my audiometer for calibration yesterday afternoon. Now on its way back...less than 24 hours later!
I've always used Amplivox for calibration/ repair services and will continue to do so. They offer consistent exceptional customer service. Well done folks, you are just the best 😊
