Arrived quickly and is perfect for my 91 year old mother in law

Paid for express delivery. Delivered to wrong address and amplified technology initial said I needed to wait it was being delivered via Royal Mail, which was incorrect. Had to chase multiple times to eventually receive goods over one week later. Terrible customer service. They offered to refund express delivery charge, but still nothing received. For a company selling communication devices their customer communication is awful.

A simple to use website, clear description and it arrived when expected.

Very informative website. Easy to order from. Unfortunately phone not suitable for my husband because of his dementia. Very easy return process and quick refund.

No delivery and no refund. Don’t respond to emails. Will be taking them to small claims court to get money back

The earpiece volume isn’t very loud unless you remember to press the boost button every time you use it. Not great for dementia sufferers - too complicated. Not bad once the button is pressed. Also, you can only enter names into the memory with up to 10 characters….very poor. Easy to set up.

Purchased a GSM desk phone (SIM based landline phone) for my 90+ year old grandmother who just could not get on with mobile. Rheumatoid arthritis in her hands meant using small buttons or touchscreen was just not feasible and no line connection for a normal landline meant we had to try something new. When the Amplified Telephone GSM phone arrived it was simple to set up, tested and worked great with a normal SIM card and was, most importantly, dead easy to use. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away shortly after purchasing the phone so she didn’t really get a chance to use it for a prolonged period. That said, the phone is packed away ready for any other family member who might benefit from it in future. Great product and worth the money.
