Ok when working
But had problems with hearing people and setting up. Too complicated

Much clearer than all other phones we have tried.

I'm sorry,I had to return the phone. The charging cable didn't fit to charge it. I have a receipt to prove postage. I packaged it carefully so I am now waiting for a refund.

I like everything about this telephone, so glad I bought it.
I'm now able to have conversations and receive incoming calls without all the stress of deafness.
I also like the chunky hand receiver and the fact that it is sturdy and looks good too.

This is a great company if you need a telephone for older or hard of hearing people. The photos are good, the descriptions thorough and the ability to claim VAT exemption is an absolute bonus for the handicapped.
I would definitely use this company again, and we are delighted with our purchase.

Bought a telephone for my mother. It is excellent, the description meant I could select exactly the right machine and it has proved to be just what she needed. It arrived promptly.

Even though the phone was not right for me, whuch was my fault because I ordered the wrong thing, their returns policy worked well. I found the company helpful when I rang to explain what had happened

I purchased this phone on behalf of my very deaf neighbour. He is extremely pleased with it as he can hear more clearly (and I can hear him). He is also impressed by the addition of the cordless phone as he takes it into the garden when he is pottering.

I still struggle to hear certain words,it’s just not loud enough and I need to increase it further. Some people are still frustrated that I can’t hear all them fully. I am very disappointed as I thought it would solve my problems.

Bought an amplifier phone and 2 handsets, my mum had a serious accident which ment she had to go into care, I was within my 30day return window,I sent the items back to be in formed that they could only refund 1 handset, the other had a red mark on number pad and the base unit had 2 scratches on it and we had written on the instruction book.
On receiving the items back: the red mark came of with a touch of my finger and the 2 scratches are not visible to the naked eye and yes we had written on the book only so we could understand it.
I understand in there returns policy they have to be in re sellable condition but this is taking it too far. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
