So, it happened that I blew my first live account. Ok. Happens. I'm trading intraday so they charge me fees and commission the next day. I had few hundred bucks left and after the fees/commisons where charged my balance was about negative $6. I wired that money the same day. Then, surprisingly, over the next few days they kept charging me something. I don't know what exactly because they only write "correction". Couple of times it was +$1 or +$2 but after the weekend they said I still owe them $36! I wanted to close my account on the weekend but I couldn't because the already changed my balance to negative. And they have a system in place that says you can't close an account if balance is not 0. Wth... I'll see what happens tomorrow. But I suggest staying away from them if you care about your money. Trading is hard anyway but having a shady business broker is just f* up.

It took a while for my funds and creation of my trading account. Only 200 dollars but when I tried to trade through their cqg the margin was high and I can't trade. So I decided to withdraw my 200 dollar funds and I was denied because my remaining funds was only 188 dollars. Where's the 12 dollars, I haven't placed a trade? So, I request another without worth 188 dollars and I hopeI will get my money back maybe waiting again for two weeks or more. Very frustrating company. Then I decided to try SP500 and their it goes after 30minutes I can trade with their micro eminis with 30 dollars with Friday Bitcoin and 50-70 dollars with the rest.

After opening my personal account and sending a same-day wire, I received no confirmation that the funds had been received. It turns out the transfer was made from my business account, so I promptly opened a business account with AMP to resolve the issue. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, yet received little to no response.
When I used the chat feature on the dashboard, I spoke with Freddie. Unfortunately, the replies were delayed and unclear, as if my questions were not being properly understood. Jhonny responded to a few of my emails, but his answers were vague and often redirected me to other departments, with no one truly taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
Frankly, this lack of accountability and poor communication has left me extremely disappointed. The platform itself looks promising, but a company’s legacy is built on how it treats its customers—and in this regard, AMP has fallen short.
To anyone reading this: if you choose to open an account, make sure everything is perfect from the start. The system might work well, but if you ever need human support, you may find yourself in the same difficult position I am in now. Unless someone at AMP decides to take ownership and resolve the matter, I remain stuck waiting for help.
I sincerely hope this message is taken seriously and that someone steps up to assist me properly. I am still willing to work with your firm, but only if the customer service significantly improves from here on.
