Complete retarded full margins with red news events and with FED rate day even the whole day full margins.
Not a great website interface at all. Everything is very cumbersome. Internal currency transfers and all that BS before u can withdrawal.
I will just stick with Ninjatraders.

The service is non existing. I was asking since month for my annual statement. Get already problems with the Tax office. There is nobody who supports you. Just a Bot and nothing else. Asking always the same, because the Bot is absolutely basic.

Customer Service on the chat with Daniel with the banking division was absolutely fantastic. I had a lot of questions a lot of issues with bank accounts and withdrawal issues. She was able to work through everything with me quickly was patient and got things resolved. This is what a top-tier broker looks like highly recommend working with aunt Futures.

AMP’s withdrawal process is a disaster.
What should have been a simple $1,000 wire turned into a month-long nightmare involving 8–9 failed withdrawal attempts, internal cancellations, conflicting instructions, and almost zero meaningful guidance from support.
Despite repeatedly providing Fidelity’s official wiring instructions, AMP kept approving then canceling wires, blaming “incorrect instructions” while the real issue turned out to be their own backend system creating duplicate broker profiles and failing to properly link approved instructions to withdrawals.
Frontline support sent generic responses and videos instead of real help. It took direct Treasury involvement to finally uncover and fix AMP’s internal errors.
After all that, they still charged me $110 in wire fees for failed transfers that were caused by their systems — not user error.
If you value your time and sanity, be warned:
AMP’s treasury operations are disorganized, opaque, and inefficient. Expect poor communication, repeated resubmissions, and unexpected fees just to get your own money out.
Trading platform may work — but getting funds OUT is another story entirely.

After trading in the forex world for 10+ years, I recently had switched to AMP and so far so good. The deposit process with quick for me with almost no downtime and also so far i have taken 3 withdraws that went flawlessly. Spoke to Freddy in Support and he laid all the information i was looking for + some platform help to. Looking to grow here over the coming years.

I am reasonably adept at using a computer, so I was a bit grumpy by the time I got to Collin trying to figure out how to use the AMP portal. While I still think their design of this screen is not that great, what I like most about my experience is that Collin handled the situation very well and solved my problem immediately. So instead of being upset, I left quite satisfied how the issue was solved - so thank you Collin

SUPER HIGH FEES at the end of the day about 30% of what I won is reclaimed by fees. Theres like 3-5 different types of fees and it really adds up. ALSO you have to use their own version of MT5.. and you can't upload any of your own custom indicators or do anything. The customer support is hard to reach and honestly sucks. I. hated my experience with AMP and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
