AMP provides Quantower, a Ukrainian product, but doesn't offer services to Ukrainian

It's sad that AMP provides Quantower, a Ukrainian product, but doesn't offer services to Ukrainian nationals living abroad for years.

While other brokers follow regulatory requirements and review applications based on tax residency, AMP relies on your passport.

As a Cyprus resident, I had no issues opening an account with other American brokers like Interactive Brokers and NinjaTrader. Don’t they also follow regulatory requirements?

Best future broker for Europeans

One year ago, I moved my trading account to AMP and so far I have no regrets. Having over 10 years experience in trading futures, I changed several brokers and AMP is one of the best. Any interaction with them was smooth and fast, from opening my trading account, funding and withdrawal requests to reaching support. The platform I use is Motivewave and the connection with AMP all this time was trouble free. Bear in mind that I am from Europe and to find a reliable and cheap broker like AMP in my region is not an easy task. I recommend them 100%.

I contacted AMP for customer service…

I contacted AMP for customer service and they got back to me. It took a couple hours, but that’s better than a lot of other brokers.
Also, they have been good about crediting my deposits in a timely manner, So that is appreciated!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They dont read emails needed for vital forms. Have lost so much money on transfers alone because of a joint account, and errors the company failed to rectify originally. Please hire new support staff, my experience from the beginning has been the same. I think it’s outsourced and these people do not speak english and are not able to fully comprehend the language. I am trying to run a business, but it’s nearly impossible whenever trying to communicate with these folks. I forgot to mention I also tried calling the customer service line, and was never reached back out to, and I tried calling again today and they seem to always be busy at regular business hours. Do not recommend. Other recent reviews share the same sentiment, it is obvious there is some sort of larger issue here. 3/10/25 They still haven't picked up the phone once. non existent customer service. Never seen service this abhorrent in the United States. Going to complain to the BBB and FINRA. 10/12 Your statements about my emails be addressed in a timely and professional matter is completely incorrect. I wouldn't call closing an account because someone complained about your terrible customer service professional behavior, however it is about the only timely thing you guys have done, crazy how that works. Shows how willing the company is to adapt and grow. What a clown show.

Daniel & Felix were patient &…

Daniel & Felix were patient & knowledgeable.
They didn't give up on getting answers for me.
Even though the problem appears as a Jigsaw problem they eliminated all other possible issues and by elimination I now can ask Jigsaw for assistance.

Everyone I have dealt with since I've been affiliated with AMP has been Spot On ! I want to think it's because of training, & it probably is BUT to paint a masterpiece you need a quality canvas & excellent paint & everyone sure is !!!

More bots than people in customer support.

I tried to open an account. I wanted to register in the name of my Living Trust, so I put "Trust" after my name. I got an email back saying that I had to register as an individual. No problem. I go back to the platform to do that. But now, when I type in everything, I am told that my phone # is already in the system under a different account! Ok, I can understand how that might happen. But after 7 email exchanges and 2 phone calls within 24 hours, I expected it would be fixed. No such luck. My guess is that the new account application process is run entirely by bots. It was clear from the email responses to me that no one read my emails or understood what had to be solved. If they just erased me from the system, I could have started over with a new application. But, with my information stored, I literally was not allowed to edit it, while being asked to edit it at the same time. Seriously, I prefer real human intelligence to this supposedly smart AI bot system. Spent hours on this and it was all a complete waste of time.

Prompt, excellent service

Immediately spoke to a service representative without having to climb a phone tree. Felix was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. He even found me a lower commission rate without my asking. That’s good service.

My application gets rejected because I was born in Iran

This got to be the biggest joke of a company I have been trading FX and futures with other brokers and wanted to give this company a try because I heard some good things about them , after signing up for an application they asked me for countries of citizenship , and I am from Iran, which is where I was born but I have lived in Australia for the most part of my life ( about 20 years ) and I have an Australian citizenship , but they manage to come up with a stupid excuse to reject my application and not let me start a new application because I was born in Iran , this got to be the stupidest company I’ve dealt with, never been rejected for such a stupid reason , yeah i was born in Iran but I live in Australia and have an Australian citizenship so I don’t get the issue , if I was only born in Iran and was living in Iran only I would say fair play they don’t want to do business in my country. So shame on you guys with your stupid company don’t even want to be a part of it now even if you guys change your mind.

ACH requests are prompt and easy as well.
