If only I could give 0 stars. I am a support worker for a charity. I was issued a PCN despite parking in my client’s parking space. I was informed by their family that I was able to park there as it was their private space. I have been supporting my client for well over a year and have never had an issue with parking in their space. Neither have their family or other support workers. Last week I was issued a PCN and despite going down and informing the parking attendant my situation, they were extremely unpleasant and aggressive.

In addition AM parking service website is awful. Very unprofessional. Grammatical errors. Extremely basic.

Shambles of a company!. This terrible company is supposed to be monitoring our private carpark. We've had months of illegal parking, people not in spaces, cars with no permits. Yet no-one receives a ticket, so now our carpark is a free for all situation. I've called multiple times, only to speak to a very rude and arrogant women. So I decided to get in touch with town and country to try and resolve the problem. Only for AM parking to lie and say they make regular visits. Currently in talks with town and country to change the company used. So hopefully once the contract is up, well source a more reliable and professional service from another company. AM parking clearly cant handle their job load, and the customer service is beyond terrible. Shame I cant give negative 5 stars, and even then, it would be generous!!

Cowboys even if you have a car pass showing still try to make you pay and using Gladstone Solitors and many others to do their bidding. The courts saw through it however. Shame on you for wasting the courts time.

These cowboys look after the resident parking where I live, they had to cheek to put a ticket on my car when parked in my own space…
The worst part was the bloke who did it had a huge grin on his face, they’re a joke
