I placed a large order of around £700 to gift them with the wedding invitation. After they issued an invoice and a shipping tracking number, they cancelled the order, claiming it was fraudulent activity on my account.
Rubbish. I have just refused to give them my mobile phone number. I use email to communicate when shopping and don’t like to be disturbed on the phone.

1. From the unprofessional reply, it is easily understandable that amateur people manage this business. Please learn from other suppliers how to communicate without insulting.
2. I don’t know how different people and cultures manage their weddings, but in my country, we give small presents with the card invitation; those oil perfumes that I ordered were supposed to accompany the card and be gifted on Christmas day, when family and friends are all reunited.
You making fun of becoming a birthday present is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
3. I have made my order and done the payment, the method used commonly; you have created an invoice and given me a tracking number, then you ask me for my phone number…. Since when ?? I have never been asked to provide the supplier's phone number.
I can understand giving the phone number to the delivery company, but why should I give you my phone number?
You had options, and let me teach you some ways that real professional people use:
a. Communication only in writing due to proof in litigation
b. You could provide your business number, phone, and ask me to give you a phone call at my convenience and discuss issues related to the order.
4. Usually, I don’t bother to respond to people like you, but you deserve a little of my time, so that may help buyers.

Our system flagged your order as suspicious, You used clearpay which gave us the shivers. We requested additional details, which you have not provided, despite having plenty of time to explain the ever changing gift story. We canceled it to protect the seller, the card owner, and honestly common sense.
However, the story kept evolving. First, the items were Christmas gifts. Then they magically turned into wedding gifts. At this rate, we’re expecting them to be birthday gifts by next week.
When details keep changing, our fraud system gets nervous. And when the fraud system gets nervous, it cancels orders. Simple as that.
No mystery. No conspiracy. Just inconsistent information and a very tired fraud filter doing its job.

The website automatically changed the delivery postcode. I contacted straight away and after 24 hours they advised it had already shipped before they read the email. I asked for the tracking number several times and they have ignored me. I have used this company a few times but I will not be using them again. Bad customer service do not recommend . Update... The below response from the company is clearly mistaking me for another annoyed customer. It took 24 hours for a response to me to start, and I have checked the emails between us, no mention of water. Not to worry, I have screenshot this response to support the slander complaint I will be escalating.

We just wanted to clear a few things up before our inbox develops trust issues.
Our response time is normally 48 hours, but we replied to you in just 2 hours which might be the fastest we’ve ever moved without coffee.
You’ve also sent us more emails than we send ourselves reminders to “drink more water. Sticking to one email thread helps keep everything neat and less “detective mystery.”
As for the postcode our website didn’t change it because it can only work with what’s typed in. ( the website swears it’s innoce

I ordered these perfumes very easily. Delivery was very quick & the packaging was first class. I got them as presents for members of my family but the three sample ones for five pounds were for me! Delighted with the choice I was given & the fragrance was long lasting. Very pleased with them. Definitely will order again & tell my family & friends to try them.

Awful
I’ve been buying here for a while without issues. My last order was delivered to a totally different address, despite it have the correct one on it. After contacting Amout Scents I was told to sort it out myself, even though it is the seller’s responsibility to either send out another order or give a full refund. I now have to go through PayPal. I won’t use this Amour Scents again.
To reply to Amour Scents, I’m currently having to go through PayPal as your customer services are constantly fobbing me off.
