Thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
We'd like to apologise for the delay in dispatching your lights. As your mirror and lights came from different suppliers, we arranged for the mirror to be sent directly to you to reduce the risk of damage. Unfortunately, due to an internal oversight, our system was not updated to reflect this, which meant your lights were held in our warehouse longer than they should have been. We sincerely apologise for this error.
We're also sorry to hear about the cracked glass. Our suppliers require any damage to be reported within three days so that replacement parts can be arranged. As we weren't notified within this timeframe, we're unfortunately unable to process a replacement now. However, we'd be happy to add Bright Points to your account as a goodwill gesture for use on a future purchase. Please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

Great product
Great product, if little on the pricey side.
You will need an experienced electrician to install them,as the wires are not labelled for positive or negative!
I also bought 2 bulbs to go with them,as promted by the site,only to discover they were not needed as the lights already had fitted units inside.
