Amory London was created as a result of the lack of individual attention to their clients. While working in salons, our founders had the opportunity to work with people of all walks of life, and through detailed conversation, they would learn about their customers' needs. But one thing they all had in common was the lack of individuality in their styling tools. Our founders felt that there were so many stylists, who actually are able to create different looks depending on what their client's hair feels like and what their style goals are. But unfortunately, there weren't enough styling tools to match each client's individual needs. Once they established Amory London, they now have the chance to interact with stylists around the world and bring them the best styling tools that are available on the market. This is how Amory London was born. A company that promotes combination of modern technology and renowned beauty brands to create stylish styling tools.

Gloria gave us the best products!
Gloria gave us the best products, did our hair. Amazing customer service and top quality! Will recommend for hair as I’ve used straighteners that have damaged my hair for years but this will be amazing. ❤️🫶🏽
Top quality!!!!
Top quality!!!!! Gloria is 5 stars, I highly recommend!!!!!
Great demonstration
The lovely Elizabet at Livingston shopping centre gave a wonderful demonstration on my daughters hair today. She taught my daughter how to make perfect waves with the straighteners and then taught me as well. My 12 year old girl felt like a princess. We were so impressed that we invested in buying the Rose Soho titanium straighteners and signed up for the lifetime warranty.

got my straightener from the ideal…
I got my straightener from the ideal Home exhibition I had them just over a year and the switch broke so I contacted a lovely lady called Danielle and she informed me that I’d had a guarantee. I did a video throughout this time. She was in constant contact with me and once she got the video she said send them back and you’ll get a new pair .Which I did so yes they broke but the after service was spot-on definitely recommend them. I love them and that was why I wanted to get another pair and get them fixed.
I love my experience with Asish!!!!

A casual Christmas shopping trip turned into an expensive purchase. But well sold and styled by Ash. Hair like Tina Turner, turned into smooth and silky :)
Marylebone hair straighter!!
Be Careful of the Scam
Be careful of the scam! We were talked into purchasing a pair at Bluewater in October after Ashish used the ones that use steam on me. Lovely young man and very friendly. Got home and in the box was a cheaper pair of normal straighteners. Not the steam ones which were demonstrated. I had to threaten court action to get the refund and report to Trading Standard. Then they accepted return but made me pay the postage.
You don’t get what you had used on your hair
We bought a set of straighteners/curlers from lakeside Essex on Saturday, and the lady styled my wife’s hair very well, using a pair of straighteners that had “red lights” on them, we purchased for £150, and when got home the straighteners were not the same as the ones the lady sold us or told us about, and they snagged my wife’s hair, they were no where near as good as GHD she already had. This was miss selling , as she categorically said the ones she used were the ones we were buying. I would avoid this company, as it’s blatant miss selling/fraud. Lakeside management should intervene here, as they are the landlords, and should not condone fraud.
BEWARE scam company
BEWARE! the demonstration straighteners they use on your hair to creat curls are NOT what you get in the box when you purchase the item. We purchased a pair at lakeside shopping centre in 22nd November. They are using the top of the range straighteners which retail at £400-£600 and selling you a pair of very bad quality straighteners! I was so disappointed after parting with £150 for a pair that drag through the hair and are no better than a tool that’s £20! The high pressure sales is awful and the lies these members of staff tell to sell these items is disgusting and very misleading. They tell you these are not using heat (the heat used was actually 230 degrees and frazzles the hair completely!) miss-selling a completely different product to what you are trialling is unacceptable and will be reporting to trading standards. Do not be sucked into these pop up shops offering beautiful curls!! Complete scam! Read all the negatives on here all saying the same thing!
Terrible FAKE
They used the best hair straightener on me and then when we proceeded to buy them we got home and opened them and they were not the same and we’re selling us cheap ones that didn’t work very unhappy
Thank you Scarlett
My daughter had Scarlett do her hair. She was so knowledgeable i couldn't believe she was so new to the job. Thank you Scarlett. We couldn't purchase at the time as it's a Christmas present so i will certainly return soon.
Misleading sales tactics & pressured environment
Whilst shopping in lakeside i was pulled in, sat down and had my hair done (flawlessly and the woman who did it was a gem) but… i am not a confrontational person so i naturally convinced myself that i need it so I bought the cool glide hair styling tool at their pop-up shop after a very forceful and convincing sales demonstration. They claimed the curls would last 3 days, but mine fell out within hours. When I returned the next day for a refund, they kept me waiting 30–40 minutes, moved other customers away, and spent a long time trying to convince me to keep the product. While waiting, I noticed the staff secretly applying a liquid product to the hair after curling it, making it look like the curler alone created long-lasting curls. This was done in their palm and hidden from customers, which felt very misleading.
Only after insisting politely that the product was not for me did they finally process the refund. The item was unused and sealed, yet I still felt pressured and uncomfortable. I recommend future customers be cautious and avoid buying on the spot without researching first. Overall bad vibes.

Terrible material which rusts! No water or moisture to be seen but left with a rust bucket
In contacting customer services i was totally ignored and you’ll notice no telephone number available. Unfortunately the place closed down in Birmingham so no local shop I can go to. The worst £250 I ever spent. Cloud nine is simply the best brand for straighteners

Ashish was the best stylist and was so friendly. He made my hair look better than I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much!! I’ll be recommending this hair straightener/curler to everyone I know
