Ordered product through sweatcoin over a year ago and after numerous emails from the director still no delivery or justified explanation with a refund. Poor service.

Order got cancelled for the second time. I can understand a surge in demand due to the seller signing up for a special offer through a 3rd party but it should be clear at the point of sale that there's no stock. Buyer shouldn't be able to spend their money and then find out a week or two later that there's no stock...again...

Amongis offers the most delicious coffee, great values and the noblest mission. For me, it is important that besides the quality of the product the company can also offer something to contribute to society and actually put into practice their values. Amongis exceeds my quality expectations with its delicious coffee and transcends its values and responsibilities with its involvement in environmental sustainability and social wellbeing.

Recently I ordered some coffee from Amongi's Coffee as I had just got into the making of coffee with a Cafetiere and to begin with my expectations from already trying different well-known coffee brands is that it would be alright, In the sense that it would be nothing much better than my instant coffee, however when I received my order my expectations were exceeded massively. For the first time a coffee had made me want to brew another instantly. The taste was rich and not overwhelming, the flavours were robust yet calm, I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I had drank it without even taking a second to let it cool down, and not to mention the customer service, from the beginning I had been informed that it would take a bit longer than expected for reasons that I found normal and understandable, and when I became eager to get an update I knew I could just email and they would respond almost instantly. This has got to be hand down one of the best customer services that I have ever known. It didn't feel like I was going to be belittled instead it felt like they cared. To conclude I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend this to anyone who is looking to try some great coffee.

A starter up company, at first there was a delay I think they took on a bit too many orders with the sweatcoin app but a good business learns! And they learned, I ordered the Brazilian coffee grounds and they were great. Will definitely order again, a different blend next time as I want to try them all!

First of all, I just can’t live without coffee which have allowed me to try so many different brands throughout the years to find the right one. And I must say that this coffee is def one of my favourites, it’s rich but very smooth in the taste and make my mornings ten times better every day. And on top of this also sustainable. Perfect.

I’ve started ordering Amongi Coffee this month and am really impressed by it’s quality. The reason I found them was actually a friend telling me how well it tastes. Therefore, I would really suggest trying it . The delivery was quick and easy.
I recently just gave a friend of mine one to try and he was impressed as well.

Try it you won’t regret it after your first cup.

Quality of coffee extremely good. As a person who doesn’t often drink coffee, Amongi’s coffee exceed my expectations to a great extent ;)

I got my coffee on promotion from Sweatcoin. Due to unprecedented numbers of orders (due to the promotion I expect!) the delivery was delayed, but the company informed me of this straight away and gave options (refund/store credit) if I didn’t want to wait (I did want to wait!) - contact throughout was at a good level.
In short - I rate the coffee. I rate the service. I would buy again.

Really glad I found Amongi's Coffee! Although my order took a little longer than I expected due to high demand, the communication and customer service was great. The coffee I ordered (BSCA Select 20) is lovely and I am impressed with the sustainable packaging that it comes in.
I'm looking forward to ordering from Amongi's Coffee again in the future. Thank you!
