Excellent customer service! Everyone I talked to was respectful and very helpful and help me understand the process. I made a few mistakes and they were right there to help me fix them. This was something I needed and they made it without making me feel just like another number.

The Big Con
I am a bit disappointed that I receive a flyer, mailed to me, personally, that I am approved for $42,500 and given a special code. I apply for 35,000 and get passed around to be told that cannot help me.I did not solicit the loan, I accepted the pre-approved offer, and then get rejected. I am seeing a false advertising, maybe a class action suit. I may talk to a lawyer as this cannot be ethical, legal or moral. I am paying a premium in interest rate so I am aware of what I am getting into.
