What kind of trash puts features that are available in the free plan, and the 2nd and 3rd out of 3 paid options, but excludes it from the 1st/cheapest paid option? What?!?!
I have been using Ammyy Admin - single PC Premium Licence - as well as multiple free licenced version almost daily since January 2014 and it is brilliant.
I also use Team Viewer for the times when Ammyy has a problem (not often) and rated Logmein highly until they got greedy and messed things up.
Ammyy sometimes triggers a false positive result with anti virus software and because it has a reputation for being used by hackers has acquired a bad name, in my view unjustly. The free version works perfectly and the paid for version can be customised. Once or twice I have had to ask for support and they have responded helpfully.
I have paid through Paypal 82,96USD from 17/10 for a premium license and still nothing.
I wrote to them twice and still no answer.
Very poor.
I could only get it to work for about 30 seconds. After that, it times out and shuts itself down. I liased with the support person to try and resolve it, nothing worked. Tried turning off firewall, uninstalling, re-installing, nothing worked. Bear in mind I am a web developer and not a novice user.
I have asked for a refund, but they are ignoring me. I would stay away if I were you, I have invested a couple of hours trying to get it to work and now it appears they will not refund.
