Customer service was GREAT
Customer service was GREAT! It arrived in a timely manner and I was kept apprised the entire time.
I'm new to Oud, and frankly, I'm not sure what this is supposed to smell like, but it smells like really strong fresh-mowed hay. I don't smell ANY of the fragrance notes that are supposed to be in there. VERY green, so I'm certain it was a fresh batch.
I'm told that if I allow oxygen in the container and let it sit, it will mature over time...but that may take over a year.

I'm in Love!
Product came well packaged and I am in love with the scents. I ordered the Solid Perfumes Sample Kit and the regular sample kit and so far the Saffron Oud and Her Majesty are my favorite but they all smell so lovely. I definitely will be more purchases in the near future.

I have oud perfume but this oil smells…
I have oud perfume but this oil smells horrible. It smells more like bug spray.
I love this company but that oud oil is way off the mark.

Scent is not for me. It’s musky and animalic. Shipping was great, I think I need to find something else in the lineup that may suit my nose and taste better.
