From the start the communication wasn’t good after the deposit was made.
Kaseem never came on the days or time he said. Then finally when the worktop was fitted the finish was far from perfect. The job was rushed and unskilled.

And under 6 months in there are chips and wear from the fitting despite a promise of 10 years guarantee on their fitting. They are no longer responding to texts or phone calls.

Poor workmanship and appalling customer service.

Total charlatans. STAY AWAY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. They've left me with no hob as they measured incorrectly and cut the worktop the wrong size; they also chipped the splashback, misfitted the cooker splashback, and I'm missing an upstand (Kaseem tried to fob me off, saying that you only fit it with one return, not two).... please, I'm really not stupid. And to top it all, they stole my extension lead as they turned up without one. Cowboys
After promising to return, they failed to turn up to rectify. Now won't respond to emails or calls. Having to take legal action. CON MEN (They want paying in cash too.)
