I find Amie.so to be a truly fantastic service. I’ve been using it for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with it. I originally started looking for a shared calendar to help me organize my work commitments, but it turned out to be much more than that.

I was immediately drawn to the beautiful UI and the highly functional UX, which makes everyday use simple and intuitive. One real killer feature is the ability to record calls and automatically get a summary of the conversation. It’s an incredible time-saver and extremely useful for anyone who spends a lot of time in meetings.

Over the course of a year, the service has improved significantly and is constantly being updated, which really shows the care put into development and user feedback. Special mention to Denis, who is always super fast and helpful when it comes to customer support.

After signing up, I was informed that my non-profit would receive a discount, which was offered to me.

However, I have since sent seven (7) emails regarding the promised discount, but I have received no response.

It seems they are making excuses to avoid providing the discount. I was previously on a plan that cost around £35 per month. After canceling, I noticed the same plan was now offered at a reduced price of £30, but they did not inform me of this lower price.

In addition, I can see that they have read my emails, which is incredibly frustrating.

Their terms and conditions do not allow for this kind of treatment. As someone with a disability who has requested reasonable adjustments, this situation has now led to litigation.

Be cautious with them; they seem to only value you if there is potential for big money at your expense.

I signed up for the 7-day trial through their website, but once inside, there was no way to cancel the subscription. I searched everywhere for support contacts, but the only emails listed are the administrator's and one in the privacy policy – and no one responds. There’s no way to stop the subscription, and they keep charging your card even if you don’t want the service. I had to cancel my card and request a new one just to stop them from taking money for an app I don’t even have an account for anymore.
