Ordered a high spec Amiga 1200 and it came within a few weeks. Can't fault anything. I've used the company a few times for leads and peripherals, and the service was spot on so I trusted them with a custom job.

I have ordered a collection of Amiga demos but the USB key came empty. withing less than 24 hours AMI64 came back to me and offered to send me back another USB key. I also have to mention that 2 previous orders were completed super smoothly. Just keep in mind it looks like to be a single man company, so unlike me give him some time to answer before putting an unfair evaluation ;)

I ordered a Commodore BMC64 through the website. It arrived very quickly and was packaged extremely well. Which is good since it was being shipped halfway across the world (literally) to the State of Alaska (USA). Everything arrived in great shape and works better than expected. It brings me much joy and nostalgia at being able to play many of my old Commodore 64 games from my youth again. It was built and shipped much faster than I expected – only 3 days from when I placed to order until it shipped! It arrived at my post box in only 9 days. Again, much faster than my experience with shipping to Alaska – including domestic shipping! I highly recommend AMI64 for all your retro-tech needs (or wants).

The positive comments from previous customers whom had bought items from ami64 was used in my decision making process to purchase the Commodore 64 maxi from ami64. I used trust pilot as a factor in my decision to purchase the Commodore 64 maxi from ami64. The Commodore 64 maxi arrived within the 2 week delivery window, Also I have had questions after the purchase of the machine and again Vince has been very helpful.
