This would have been a much much worse review had it not been for Jordan. I was really starting to think I had been scammed when my order didn't arrive and there were no updates from the company. It wasn't until after I placed my order that I read reviews on trust pilot. (My mistake perhaps). Honestly, the ONLY reason this review is 4/5 and not 1/5 is because the prices are good for the few in-stock items they have.

More than two thirds of the items listed on the site are out of stock and have been for months.

PayPal is the only means of payment, which is a bit of a red flag given the nature of the items for sale...

However, this being my first purchase with the company, my confidence in them was somewhat restored when delays were compensated for by way of additional material quantities sent and the rapid delivery after contact was established.

Either unlist out of stock items... Or get more stock!

I will be ordering from them again in future... I just won't be ordering things I need in a hurry.

Bought 2 Kilos of sodium metal. After waiting for months I only received 500g. They won't pick up the phone or reply to any of my emails. Scammers.

sadly Im finding out this is a dodgy company.

I have filed a claim with paypal. Selling chemicals with no way of posting them out is a bid ridiculous.
