Beware, these people act like they are helping you. The processing of the HELOC was pretty much par for the course with normal up and downs. After the Loan closed the nightmare began with the closing company they selected. They did not have the ability to pay off the consolidated bills electronically. They sent checks to us in order to resend to the various accounts. They send in wrong amounts to different vendors. Some of our accounts did not accept checks, AmeriSave was told this from the beginning but it made no difference, they sent checks anyway. After numerous calls and e-mails to AmeriSave costing me several hundred dollars more it was straightened out. At closing I received several payment coupons and sent in my first payment. My first payment was due April 1, we sent the payment in two weeks early. Now I got a letter dated April 8, stating not to pay AmeriSave after April 1, but to send it to Shellpoint now handling the account for AmeriSave. This is fine but want about one hundred and seventy five dollars more for the first payment which was already made. Shellpoint called me on April 8 and said AmeriSave relayed to them we owe the higher amount. I don’t know where this extra money is coming from.

AmeriSave was great in my home buying experience!! They were very thorough and upfront about everything! I worked with DeShauna Rainer/loan officer and Sharon Cole/loan processor and they were both awesome to work with even when I was getting frustrated from all the hoops FHA makes you jump through. Sharon works really hard and goes above and beyond to get a fair approval for the customer. Everything in the process was pretty seamless!!. I would use them again if the opportunity arose!

Jessica Weddle explained the loan without pressuring me to sign up. She was very professional and helpful. Joshua Melroy was my processor. He was also extremely professional and helpful. The entire process went quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Amerisave.

Process went well until checks were delivered and left on the ground outside a garage door by FedEx. That was disappointing for a lot of neighborhood dogs carry things off all the time. I just happened to be home and checked the cameras. FedEx was already gone but when I raised the door the checks were on the ground! I wasn’t notified that checks would be arriving that day.

My experience was very good. From the first call I was told how much you wanted to help achieve my goal. You also validated that you could help me by qualifying me to move forward with what you could do provide me with my goals. Friendly and polite and helpful with feedback on the next step. I felt that my process to goal was clearly stated and moving forward to the next steps. You were always help and straight forward with what needed to be achieved. Worked with loan officer to makes changes that I wanted and when I needed to provide data or personal materials you were clear and when it happened I felt good that it was moving forward and you electronic systems reinforced your goals that i needed and it push me forward to achieve. The process move faster than I expected. Thanks to your help i am very pleased with the process and the results. Now all of the finalization of payoffs has not been completed on my and I have not verified you payoffs but this in my opinion is right on time in the overall process. I would recommend AmeriSave highly. Thank you for your help. I will use you in the future.

I learned a lot about home equality, it was very stressful at times but, thank God we made it through. I really appreciate the time and opportunity to work with each one of you. Thank you for your patience. Hopefully this will be a great journey.

After making it abundantly clear my mobile home was pre 1976 with no permanent foundation in California, the loan officer approved a refinance to start. Fast forward to all the hoops I had to go out of my way to jump through (which is fine and normal assuming funding is approved) they say they will not lend on it due to the initially stated facts. Unacceptable and a waste of my valuable time.
