2 folks helping Sarah the processor and Kyle the market rep were great. Your Ai system really needs to improve it was redundant slow to update so we sent docs in multiple times and never registered completed tasks without Sarah’s intervention. The title company ignored wiring instructions and sent a check for cash out in four names which to date we have been unable to deposit. Trying to resolve this has taken hours and hours on the phone with false promises of sending forms and reissue with no resolution There are way to many third parties involved on the back end of getting the loan terms met Sadly no one but Sarah has attempted timely resolution
I simply cannot recommend the Amerisave “way” certain things like workflows AI system prompts et al need review backend instruction needs to. Be followed on cash outs with rapid personal intervention. In the words of my exhortations to my employees as a CEO “do better” Selah

The Loan coordinator and reps were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful (Brandi was incredible). Even the Notary was exemplary.

took a long time to get actual loan, when thought ha all info delivered , i was told need more info , not told what was needed at one time very frustrating

They were very responsive and used a great online site to initiate requests for action on my part that also facilitated me uploading any required documentation in response to those requests. They also sent a daily email indicating whether any new or outstanding actions were required to be completed.

They closed on my loan in 7 business days after I initiated the process. Much faster than I anticipated was possible.

Natan was extremely responsive! This was a very smooth process from start to finish. I will use AmeriSave for all home purchases and refinances in the future.

AmeriSave and staff were stellar. The experience was stellar, until they brought in Closing Lock to handle disbursements. They cut checks to pay off creditors and sent the checks to me to send to them. Apple Pay does not accept checks. I have to void the check cut for them, pay the check
balance from bank account, write VOID on the check, mail it back to Closing Lock before I get reimbursed. Shame on AmeriSave for partnering with those clowns.

Communication is TERRIBLE at your company. I Left multiple messages over a month long process (Never should take a month). I would not get a call back sometimes 3 to 4 days. I left messages with peoples managers just to find out status and would not get calls back from the manager. Only one time out of about 6 times did I get a message back. That was from your loan processing section after approval. Also, we had an original agreement on terms that the Loan managerand I had workout and we had an APPROVED agreement. Then we attempted to change the terms and add $10K to the loan so I could get more cash back to fix some things, which messed up the closing costs significantly and added more then 13K to closing when I only added 10K, ridiculous. So I said to the Loan Office, lets go back to the original agreement and he agreed. Then his Vice President denied it, saying there wasn't enough equity in the loan for you guys, but yet there was just before that when we had an agreement. You all went back on the agreement and I had to settle for something in between which added about $2K to closing. The average closing cost ranges between 2 and 5 %. Your was over 6%. Terrible and your Loan Vice president said to me through the loan manager that there wasn't enough equity in the loan suddenly for amerisave, so he said forget it, which made me go with the new offer costing me even more money. The stress was incredible for this process, I would never, ever do it again with you all, unless you gave me the most incredible discount. Note: I have purchased or refinanced a house now 5 times and this was by far the worst experience. The loan manager was great, the Closing person at the very end was great, and the 2020 closing or funding company was good. Unfortunately, the loan processors were not, but my specific one was very sick, so her manager was supposed to should have fill in and answer any questions per the message system on the phone, but she never called me back except one time, she left one message. The loan manager would always call me back, then he would contact them and get it done, he was great (Had to act as a go between (ridiculous). The closing person was awesome as well. Allibi for my sick processor, when I did get through to her and we taked, she did great, but it would take too long and we should have closed two weeks before we finally did, at least. Thanks you! Again the STRESS on this was terrible and it costs me more money in interest and having to make extra payments I would not have had to if we closed on time. When someone leaves a message, you can't take 2 to 4 days to return call, that happened almost every time. a simple 1 minute phone call after each message or question, would have eliminated this review. Thanks for what you did do. I should have stopped the loan but I was too stressed and invested in it. I have all the phone call logs on my phone and messages, so this is true. All the people I talked to, I liked. You have some good folks, but your process and care for your customer appears superficial, once you get what you want. No one ever said we are just way to busy, couldn't get back to you. This loan started in August initially, I believe.

Great team to work with. Always updating me, and called to help anytime I needed them to. Definitely recommend.
