Don’t do it!

When I was first introduced to the plan, I was told most accounts are settled in 3-6 months. It’s been a year and only one very small account has been settled. They missed a settlement letter from my largest creditor and who knows what they will do next.
I’m extremely frustrated and they just keep telling me that I need to make sure I make my deposits on time which has never been an issue. In fact, I’ve made additional deposits. I feel as though this will never be settled and should have just tried to pay it off without them.

Kindness and respectful.

I spoke with a gentlemen name John W. He was nice, understanding, very direct, but broke things down to a level at which I can understand. He treated me like a person. As a single mom working at a non-profit supporting my community, I just want to live the way I teach and lead freely. Let's see what the next 36 months will bring. I hope and pray for nothing but blessings. So far, it has been a very good experience.

Great perosn to person service.

The ability to handle my business via phone as I do not have access to a computer has been very convenient. The staff where very patience and helpful answering all my questions. The person to person contact is important. The only thing that could make this better would be to do this review via phone.
