I received a souvenir travel vacuum mug. The paint comes off easily. The rubber seal needs replacing. Now the button on top to open or close, intermittently seals. Which makes it a risk to carry liquids in. I had emailed them months ago, asking questions. Did not receive any response at all. Today I emailed again, hoping they will respond. Otherwise, the item will go in the trash since they do not seem to support their product

Great coffee mug
Great coffee mug. It's one of my favorites mostly because of the large handle and curve of the lip. My only complaint is that it chips very easily. I barely banged the lip and it chipped. It was my fault, but I do wish it were slightly more rugged as it was a gift, and life happens no matter how careful you are.

My friend gave me two of these that he bought in CO. We both are from WY so really nice whiskey glasses with WY identification. That said, the shipping fee is outrageous unless you purchase $50+ of merchandise.

The quality is top notch, with no pits or blemishes. The cups feel sturdy not thin and cheap like tourist junk made just for looks. The cups arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. The website made the purchase easy and the shipping affordable for the small order I was making.

It was too late to order replacements so I had to buy unmatching replacements but Americaware did refund me for the broken mugs. It was much appreciated.
