Tried it once more. Never again.

I tried playing here again. Same results. I played in the WSOP main event this year and had multiple players tell me they play on every major site and win. But when they play on ACR the most ridiculous run outs happen. Stuff like they and I have never seen on other sites and in live cards. A slot machine can be programmed to return a percentage on input. This site reminds me of how that works. You might win a bit but in the end a foreign player will hit a .05% hand and will recover all your increase. Something's wrong. Don't play at ACR.

I was playing in a cash game

I was playing in a cash game. I went all in with a pair of Jack's now I was up against a pair of kings and a pair of aces but as it played out a jack came on the river and I won with 3 Jack's. But when I got paid it only gave me 10 dollars when the pot was well above 59 dollars. I contacted customer service and they out right stole my money. Stay away from this site. They have Russian bots and others that will take your money!!!!

Complete rip off site

Complete rip off site, your playing cheaters, house players and bots on every table you sit at, then there's that player on every table, bullying the table with every hand but also just magically hitting every hand they clown with. Freerolls are terrible to, sit there 3 hours gain 8 cents. I've been playing online poker since 2004 and I don't think I've played on a worse site than ACR. They rope people in with promotions so you deposit then never win, never build and if you say 1 word about the bad things about ACR on the Cards Chat website they ban you because they don't have anything to hide by monitoring the bad reviews lol complete scam site.

This site has the most relentless set ups bad beats

This site has the biggest set ups and bad beats I’ve ever seen. Every time you have a pocket pair there is at least one other person with a better one. When you have AA or KK no one plays. Every time you flop two pair someone hits their straight or a flush. When you flop a set it’s likely to be beat set over set or by a full house. You try to make a move and get called by bottom pair or make a large pre flop raise and get called by 84o and they win. Every time you get your money in good on the flop the turn gives the other player the equity advantage/ you are drawing dead 0%. You may win a little bit but in the long run they take all of these spots to set you up for all of your chips. You play a MTT and get knocked out in the first 10 mins by a huge bad beat. Also they change your seat constantly in the larger MTTs and it seems I always have one of the largest stacks to my direct left. All of these things have happened to me countless times on this site.

I’m sick of hearing about “variance” and “you see more hands online so you’re going to run into these”. That’s all fine and good but when I’m making the right decision every time and I’m losing EVERY TIME there is more to it than those excuses. I’ve been playing on this site since 2019 and it’s always been the same. At some point over the last 4 years you would think I’d be able to make some money or actually win some of these flips, but there is no balance. It’s minimal give and mostly all take. I deposit $35 get up to $100 in my first couple of games and then I cannot win a game if my life depended on it. Just complete robbery every hand/ game and a bad beat around every corner…

I’m sick of all of the unregulated sites taking my money when I know I’m playing well and making sound decisions. Can’t play on the reputable sites due to my location.

Avoid America's SCAMroom like the plague!

Amercas SCAMroom, plain and simple! When you first deposit some money you'll do pretty well. I think I placed 8th in a $25k guaranteed tournament like the third time I played after depositing my first few hundred dollars. Ever since then it's literally bad beat after bad beat after bad beat. This site is obviously using AI/algorithm bot players to screw the everyday user out of money. How many real human beings have you ever heard saying they routinely win on ACS? I recently wanted to pull a report that would show me where I had placed in all of the tournaments I'd played in but guess what? America's SCAMroom does not allow it's users to have this information. Are you f***ing kidding me? Without a doubt ACS has this data. The only reason they wouldn't make such basic data available is bc they're shady AF and don't want us users to see the data that will prove their site is a complete scam. This site is the worst experience you can have as a REAL non-cheating poker player. I wish I could give it negative stars. Please just heed the warnings of myself and others here and STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAS SCAMROOM AT ALL COSTS!!

Pros: deposit showed up fast, decent selection of sports, all my payouts came within 3 hours.

Cons: No bonuses or rakeback for my account compared to other bookies :/... also as stated(in other reviews.) stay away from online casino gaming, poker. This is for any website tho not just ACR.

otherwise if you stick to sports like me, no issues.

Had It With America’s Cold Card Room

After three year of being cold-carded in 95% of the tournaments I’ve played in, reeling from repeated worse-than-bad beats, and seeing Russian players make some of the stupidest plays imaginable and winning with them, I’ve finally had it with ACR. I know it sounds like sour grapes, but I’ve won tournaments on ACR. in 2020, won a 20k guaranteed with 1572 players, then earlier this month, I won a $7500 guaranteed with 377 players. And I’ve won 6 or so SNGs. But I’m still losing money overall. And I will accept that in many cases, my losses were the result of my making a huge mistake in play.

I understand variance and downswings. But variance is supposed to even out and there should be upswings, but it hasn’t happened. I’ve played well over 500 guaranteed tournaments on ACR, and I ran good in maybe 3-4 of them. That’s ludicrous. On the rare occasions when I’ve been dealt AA or KK, at least 60% of the time, I win the pot pre-flop because no one calls my 2-2.5x open or 3x three bet. And as to the 40% I do get action with, they get cracked 75% of the time, usually by runner runner flushes, rivered sets, or rivered inside straights. Or I end up chopping AA or KK vs QJo or 44 when the board runs out 84576.

To see if I was not accurately recalling my experiences, for the past few months I have kept track of my results in about 100 tournaments per hands played/hands won, pairs dealt/sets flopped, premium hands dealt/improved on flop, and flops seen/hands improved on flop. I’ve regularly seen results like 200HP/20HW 4Pairs/0 sets, 8 premium hands dealt/0 improved, 20 flops seen, 2-3 hands improved. In about 15 tournaments I was not dealt a single pair; in 5-6 no premium hands.

I don’t know if ACR is rigged. I suspect that Russian and other Eastern European players are cheating, but I can’t prove it. But the bottom line is being cold-carded tournament after tournament, running good less than 5% of the time, either getting no action with AA or KK or having them cracked by hands no competent player would not have folded pre-flop over and over, and winning one bad beat to every five I lose is no fun. So until Poker Stars becomes legal in my state, it’s back to the card clubs for tournament poker for me.

Don't deposit a lot of money if you are a casual player

I have so much experience in poker and every time I am ahead especially to a Russian or some random player NOT from America, I lose about 62%. Now that might not seem like a lot, until you consider that i'm ahead by 9 to 1 or minimum 2 to 1. ei AK vs AQ and i flop a King and no queen on flop. its the same over and over, when i'm ahead by a lot and lose to random runner runner straight or flush. so i figured well maybe if i start doing the same thing and it never happens in reverse, very rare but, usually it will happen to another USA player if I do get lucky. I never deposit a lot of money there because I want to see how the RNG is and see if I can withdraw any money, which i cant. If you check my sharkscope youll see that early on like my first real deposit I was winning then all of the sudden when I deposit a lot, I just cant see to win. Im not a pro by any stretch of the imagination but im not scrub either. I win home game poker at a very high win rate (around 40% in a game of 9 or more players). I also make the final table of tournament poker games at the local Sacramento Poker casinos at about 29% winning it all 4 times and chopping about 10 times. you can check my sharkscope on ACR my handle is scottyskilz and you will see how it looks on your own. I also use to play at pokerstars before black friday i was up over $8k and loving every bit of the amount of bad players shoving with bottom pair and and not hitting a miracle runner runner like at ACR. Just dont deposit a lot of money there, its just not worth it

Take your money but no payout

When you win a large amount of money on slots there is suddenly an error and it doesn't payout. The game then freezes and you have to close it and restart. Support claims all bonuses were paid on the given day but they have no record of a bonus at the time I hit even though I sent them an undeniable screenshot with the error showing on the screen. How convenient!

Won't give me my money.

Deposited about $750 into ACR and played one game, I wasn't a fan. Big stack favouritsm and river killers seemed even more prevalent on here than anywhere else so I decided to just take my money back out. Wasn't allowed to, so contacted customer service.

They said my account is under investiagation, after one game, and they want a picture of my ID, a picture of me with my ID, a utility bill, a video of me holding my ID by my face while telling them my full name, username, favourite game and current location. I'm sorry but they are a shady business like ACR who don't actually operate with a license, they have just found loopholes by basing themselves in Costa Rica and adhering to Costa Rican laws. They are unregualated and hold no license but they want me to send all that information in?? No thank you.

The money left in my account has not been used to play poker, it has not been won playing poker, it's just from my deposit. I don't see how they have any right to keep it. Stop me form using it to play if you corrupt f***s want to but that is my money, you can't just sodding steal it!

If they wanted all that they should have asked for it first, not allow a deposit to go through then suddenly extort me using those funds to get what they "requested" from me.

Scum. the whole online gambling industry stinks in general and this lot seem to be right up there with some of the worst.

Update - They have literally said they've closed my account, kept the moeny and there is nothing I can do about it. Still no explanation as to what I am meant to have done and no explanation as to how money that wasn't used in any games nor won in any games on the site is allowed to just be stolen from me by them.

These are by far the very worst of an already highly questionable bunch. Horrible c***s, I'm as shocked as I am absolutely fuming right now.

i am an old german docent and tested this room long run with several students: (sorry for my bad english)

1. the poker is rigged like hell and far far away from any logic long run stats and math

be aware , irreal rigged for always same "players" in tourneys and also cash games

we are to 100 % sure, they use shells/superusers/house winning bots

2. but the poker is even fair -lol- in compare to the Casino Blackjack

if you want to lose your house, then play their Blackjack

its irreal, more th 87 % of hands with an high bet or high wager are won bye the casino

the casino had in each and every session exactly 7 times more Blackjack or 21 points th players

irreal, for sure the most manipulated/rigged Blackjack in gaming history

result: AC are criminal asocial cheaters, nothing else

As a poker player on several sites and…

As a poker player on several sites and playing for over 30 years, I am convinced that something just isn't right here. I accept that downswings happen in poker and you just got to play through them carefully, set your limits and bare it but ACR has just a little too many situations that are unbelievable in any game. I have made my last deposit and will close my account. I cannot recommend ACR to anyone based on my experience but would certainly warn anyone who is reading this review, THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY!!!
