I love playing poker on acr it is my favorite online poker site out of all of them. I love that you can play micro stakes as low as a 11cent tournaments. I also like that they have freerolls that alternate between Omaha and hi low and no limit holdem. If your thinking of trying acr i highly recommend that you do. I never get disconnected from there server like all the others which is annoying when you got pocket AAs and they get folded lol ther is so much more that im forgetting sign up and go for it

i have been on ACR for over 5 years yes i have had problems with the site but every time they (ACR) make sure i'm happy acr is the only poker site on the internet that keep people happy...with all the free tickets and the giveaways ACr is the place to go......thank you americas cardroom

Was just playing PLO and folded preflop. Had a 10 of clubs in my hand! Then another 10 of clubs comes on the flop! By the end there were five 10s in that hand! Yep sur its not rigged! LOL Got the screen shot to prove it!

Support has become top notch over the past couple years. I trust the site completely with money and to rectify errors that may occur. I wish they would reconsider the structures at the mid and low stakes and smooth them out but I recommend ACR.

The software is quite convenient and informative; it offers a selection of cash games, MTTs, and SitNGo games with limits ranging from the lowest to the highest stakes. I would like to pay special attention to the numerous giveaways on the room’s Twitch channels, as well as the ACR stormers and Pro players. There is a well‑developed community network on Twitch, X, and Telegram. Also, the support service is the best.

I have been playing on ACR for over a decade. I really appreciate the support team they have. Any time I've had an issue and had to email support they are prompt in replying and always help me out in a professional manner. I've tried other sites but the experience I have at ACR makes it my favorite site to play on. It also has the best value tournaments over any US facing site in my experience.

ACR is a great option for US players! Lots of great MTTs and the on demands and SNGs are great if you have less time. Their guarantees keep getting bigger and bigger too! Highly recommend!

what i dont like is the way you get on a waiting list for a full game. if there is a full game and want to play in that game cant wait for that exact game. you gat called to play head up if someone is sitting in that same game at another table. i think you should be able to get in line for a game you pick.i also think you should have a slight bit more time in stud to see what the other players had like in stud 8 . when the hands show down at the river flashes to fast.

I have reached out to customer service maybe a dozen or so times in my near decade of using the site. Every time has been a quick response, and a complete resolution to whatever issue I may have been having. I will stay a loyal customer to this site as long as they keep treating me this way. Thanks!

More then happy with the support Ive got whenever I was in need :) and honestly there were quite some times I had to reach out, but they always replied faster then expected and we always reached a solution or provided information and help wherever needed. My last resolution was solved in less then 12h 10/10

Customer service has improved significantly since I joined in 2016. It feels as if they are making a real push to enhance customer service. I had a very tricky issue involving a deep run in an M TT that seemed difficult to quantify. However the rep I dealt with came up with a satisfactory solution and did so quickly, which was impressive. This isn't how things used to be as I would often feel let down by how indifferent the reps could seem. They've become very good at resolving difficult situations and answering critical questions. And it seems as if they are hiring more upbeat reps who seem to have a good attitude about their work. I like how they solicit feedback on our experience with the agents. It seems to keep things in order. Keep it up please! Also, can you please make the starting stacks higher in the SPINZ games? 15BB is basicslly AIOF and makes variance crushing. Maybe 25BB starting and higher for bigger multiples?

Overall, I recommend this poker room, as I’ve been playing there for quite some time. My rating is 5 out of 5.

This cardroom is a joke. They give players a 90 second disconnect clock and players are always disconnecting so the games are slow, stupid and boring as hell. Pair that with the RNG from hell and you actually start to hope you DONT get your chips in ahead because the suckouts are disgusting and frequent…especially considering the multitudes of horrendous players (probably in house bots), who constantly make horrible calls and constantly are rewarded for doing so. It’s not ‘sounds like luck’…what it is is a mockery of poker. Don’t ever deposit there. I haven’t…their freerolls are enough to sample to know it’s trash.

The sites are not rigged just learn how to play people. It's called variance nothing else. I'm up 6 figures this year from 5 rigged poker sites 😂😂...
