This is by far the best service and the best products I have come across! My go to source

Now that I have had a few good experiences with them, I will definitely be recommending this source to everyone I know! You don't just come across other sources like this very often that have A+ comms and support. Products are also from reputable brands which I like! I never have problems with them and that is the reason why I come back to them.

I have been using this source for quite some time and I really like their variety of products! The doses are potent and the quality of the gains I get are fire! I've used these products for a show prep and I really got great results from it! The Test E is good but I personally liked the Mast P. I would also like to say how great these guys are at taking care of any issues or requests. Had some issues with the product mixup and they resolved it at lightning speed. They will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Purchased on 3/30 arrived 4/21, very professional throughout the process always answering any questions. All products seem legit will purchase again, and update

I have not yet placed an order, yet. This 5 star rating is based solely on response time from customer service. I'll keep it this way if my transaction goes as planned, so far I'm confident it will. I always test out a vendor asking a question first. I inquired about their estimated shipping time. Well, two hours exactly later I received a professional thorough answer. From experience a two hour response time is EXCELLENT ! There's another review on here that was concerned about them taking too long to respond and it was only an hour later. In this case, they're being an impatient customer.
In case anyone is curious, I'll be buying Turinabol and T3. This is what was said between Americaroids and I:

Ok right now my rating is a 2 but I am happy to change it soon. I like how they have a good selection of different products. But my only issue is that I would wish it would say how long it will take or and type of confrontation of purchase. I tried using the customer service thing but I waiting for 30-45 minutes with out a response.

I place the order over 2 months ago spent $300 for the first time. They have mailed it all over the country but to my house. Starting to think this is not a real company they took my money.

Hi there. I placed an order, i have been tracking it and yesterday its been delivered, but I didnt receive anything!!! I submitted a ticket but is not going to your inbox. I have contacted my local delivery and they are not provided with the delivery address so who knows where its been delivered. Is it possible that you would check the delivery address that you have labelled the package?
This is my first order and it leaves me a bitter taste of your services.

EDIT: So I got my product the following day after I left the initial review below. They sent me some free boner pills too. GOnna give them one more shot. Maybe I was being unfair

I ordered two months ago and never recieved my order. Every time I emailed them, they said "please wait another five days for your tracking"

But the money sure came out of my account fast. Imagine that.

Jan 30 order. It is now March 10, and I have had zero communication from them. I ordered from another source and my product showed up within a week.

Don't bother with these guys. Instead of just refuding you the money, they want you to fill out a "ticket". Why? Just refund the money. Ticket for what? To make it more diffucult to get a refund is why.

First time, last time.

I placed my first order Feb 11th, card was declined and automatically sent me to PayPal. I found the odd, but finished my order. I tried to place second half of my order as the whole order was over the $500 max. Card declined again but sent me to bitcoin. I was a little frustrated and concerned. Then came across this review board. After reading some of the reviews i thought i got scammed. And decided to wait on the second half of my order. But they came through awesomely.
Feb 11th placed first order. Same day I got 3 email updates about order received, payment processing, payment cleared.
Feb 16th email received an item was out of stock.
Feb 17th email order has shipped.
March 3rd order arrived. Discrete packaging, all items received as well as a couple extra trial goodies.

I wanted to make an order of $50 on product to try this seller. On [Americaroids - cart] is clearly stated a minimum order total of $120 when paying with credit card ánd the possibility to order for a lower order total when using bitcoin or any (other) type of money transfer.

In the chat on the webpage a nice mr 'Online mctrade' told me in a minute i could directly pay through bitcoin and he gave me the bitcoin payment address and the instruction to mail them the transaction ID to [bodybuilding freshdesk xxx/support/tickets/new] after completing the payment which i did, including a screenshot of it from my bitcoin wallet.

As a response a nice mrs. Irish Epe told me to place my order on a different no-https webshop [Anabolic-steroids dot shop] which calculates in pound and has different prices for its products!

I asked her if they were making a joke on me, instructing me to order on a different and unsecured webshop, as a response. I wanted to see the total bitcoin payment of $80 (which was actually $84) i made added to my account on Americaroids so i could complete and finish this order. I offered two options. 1) add the balance to my account on Americariods or handle my order manually or 2) send me back my bitcoin payment.

After this mrs. Irish Epe told me she would forward my this message to the Billing department. Three days later she responded she was searching for my order number using my email address but 'nothing appeared in their records'. I responded 'As i told two times before, because of the $120 limit on the website i did not succeed to place the order online, despite making the payment in advance through bitcoin as instructed in the chat'.

She told me she would forward this to the Billing department and would follow up as soon as she would receive up update from their team. This contact is almost 2 weeks ago now. Explaining how to make the payment and hand over the bitcoin payment address and took them only 1 minute. For them to handle the payment/order however we are waiting almost two weeks now and the clock is ticking. Screenshots are made of all communication incl. the initial chat and proof of payment. Worthless shop! Stay away from here! Maybe try with credit card. Then at least you can do a charge back if they play such tricks on you.

I ordered some gear from them. Was a little hesitant since my last order from the u.k. was taken by customs. No problems with america roids, they delivered. Recieved product in about 3 weeks and tested it and its genuine. Thanks for the great service and products.

I am a first-time purchaser with this site. So far, the response has been less than expected. I selected the product needed on Feb 2, 2022 and paid thru PayPal the same day. I got the confirmation of payment received thru PayPal but yet have to receive any type of communication from Americaroids.com regarding a tracking number or expected shipping date.
One week later, Feb 8, 2022 I visited the website and tried to leave a message regarding my purchase. The online return message said that my order could not be found. No customer service phone number was listed on the website either. I NEED HELP

UPDATE - I received a quick reply from Americaroids.com asking me to reply with an order #. Thats the issue! I never received an order # nor tracking # when this order was placed. They also seem very reluctant to pass along a customer service number. Seems odd. jbs 2/11/22

UPDATE 2/14/22
This is obviously a case of different departments not communication to each other. What I have done on my end to find a solution to this predicament. The initial posting on this site as well as requesting a ticket request for a search for my purchase. I opened a search ticket providing a screen shot of my purchase (this is where the bumble starts as on the screen shot an order number cannot be found) as well as proof of my PayPal payment. This ticket search did get back to me eventually with a tracking number. Having this made gives me the thoughts that my order has been found and is on its way (I hope)
The second phase of this investigation as someone watching this site and responding to my thread(s) on this matter. Whoever this person is keeps requesting my order number (which I still don't have, but I do have a tracking number). I also have requested an email or actual phone number to talk one on one rather than go "third person" via this review site. PLEASE PROVIDE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.

No need to stress about buying products from this site. They are the only source that will give you excellent products and reasonable prices at the moment. They have done me right for a few months now. No complaints my end!

Needed some gear since I decided to increase the length of my current cycle. I heard that this site is the best place to buy it from a friend of mine. I received everything and it all came well boxed and was packed safely. No problems with any of the postal service either. I will definitely place another order.

Tracking information was given after two days of payment confirmation which is pretty fast regarding the time we have to usually wait for post to arrive these days. The service I had received was great too

I have been a fan of Trustpilot, though I have discovered a very disappointing issue. There is not an easily found or implemented "reply" button to answer the company I have reviewed, too typical, I'd love it if the internet "builders" and businesses would complete there job, efforts, site or app builds. I am having a problem with the shipping. I placed my order roughly an hour ago. I was redirected and finished my payment with PayPal. And although I checked the box to ship to a different address and provided that different address it defaulted the shipping address to my billing address. I'm familiar with the alpha pharma brand, so I know that the alpha pharma products from this site are genuine. I'll have to update you with the other gear as I have yet to try it.

As a new customer it seems a little sketchy, redirected to PayPal for payment and not given an order # after paying, however customer service had me submit a ticket and said it will be taken care of in 2-5 days it is currently 1/3/22 i will update this review according afterwards, update later this afternoon i revived an email confirming my payment & that i will revive a tracking number in a few days, update January 21st I’ve been in contact with both their sales & shipping team at least a dozen times since my initial post, I’ve been given a “tracking number” that for nearly 2 weeks and counting does not show up as a legitimate tracking number in any foreign or domestic shipping provider, when asked for an explanation i was told to be paitent, i will cancel the payment & report it fraudulent if i don’t see any changes soon ( order ID# is also unknown since i was also locked out of my acc

My order was mailed on November 9 and tracking siad it passed Singapore. And since then nothing new on tracking and no product.
