I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I had a nail in my tire, so I called the store to ask about their tire repair service. They told me that fixing a flat tire was free, so I decided to bring my car in.
However, when I arrived and showed them my tire, the first thing they told me was that I needed to buy a brand-new tire because the hole was too big to repair. My tire was practically brand new, and I believed it could be fixed, but they kept insisting that it was not repairable. Their explanation made me feel scared and pressured into buying a new tire unnecessarily.
Thankfully, I contacted someone for help, and they took me to another tire shop. That shop was able to repair my tire for just $10! I am still driving on the same tire without any problems.
I understand that some tire damage cannot be safely repaired, but my experience made me question the advice I received at this location. I was told over the phone that the repair service was free, but when I arrived, I was immediately told that I needed to purchase a new tire instead.
I am sharing my experience because I do not want anyone else to feel pressured into spending money unnecessarily. If you are told that your tire cannot be repaired, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before purchasing a new one.
Very disappointing experience. I hope this store becomes more transparent and honest with its customers.

I had all four tires replaced at American Tire Depot in October of last year. Just a few months later, I discovered that one of the tires had developed a sidewall bulge. I returned to the store expecting a professional inspection and an honest explanation.

The salesperson who assisted me, Eujan, immediately insisted that the damage was caused by me hitting something while driving and completely dismissed the possibility of any issue with the tire itself. He was unwilling to consider any other explanation and placed all the blame on the customer.

I have been driving for decades and have no recollection of hitting a curb, pothole, or any object that would cause this type of damage. That is exactly why I questioned whether there could be a problem with the tire. Instead of carefully inspecting it and discussing the situation professionally, I felt that my concerns were ignored from the very beginning.

I understand that sidewall bulges are often caused by impact damage, but as a customer who purchased four new tires from this store only months ago, I expected better after-sales service. A reputable chain should be willing to thoroughly inspect the tire and explain the findings, rather than immediately assuming the customer is at fault.

Even if the final conclusion is that the damage was caused by an impact, the way this was handled was disappointing. Good customer service is about listening to the customer, conducting a proper inspection, and treating people with respect—not immediately shifting all responsibility to the customer.

Unfortunately, this experience has greatly reduced my confidence in both their customer service and their commitment to standing behind the products they sell.

I originally visited the store for a free tire rotation, however the associate refused to accommodate my request. Instead he attempted to convince me to buy new tires. That’s a bogus upsale move. Why would I do that when my tires have sufficient tire tread depth and are safe to drive for at least 6 more months. I’m taking my business back to Costco or a reliable mom and pop shop. 

Scam Alert!!!
When I changed my tire at this place, they upsold me tire rotation for a whole year. I was told I can go in to get my alignment anytime for a year. Well I went in, but I was told that they can’t touch my tires because they’re not in good shape, so I asked for a refund, and they refuse. I have called several times. I left several messages for the manager and spoke with their customer service, but they refuse to help. This place is a scam. Stay away.
