Your company does a very good job but time can be a concern on occassion
Your company does a very good job. At this time our main concern is the amount of time it takes to complete some of the background checks. We appreciate your employees taking the time to complete some follow up before we get our results but some of our checks are not coming back for five to seven days after being submitted. If the review is going to take this long maybe we could be informed of this in some way. At times having to wait on the checks is setting our time frames back and causing delays in housing applicants.

We are fully staffed and processing orders as quickly as possible. Delays occur when we are not able to get a response from the source of the data, such as a government agency or business.
Currently the delays are occurring because the businesses and more frequently the courts are closed or short-handed due to the coronavirus pandemic. We will work on doing a better job of communicating the cause of the delays for specific applicants. Best regards, ATS
