Could not have picked a better supplier to partner with for racking out our new warehouse space! I worked with Jim A and he was responsive to my requests and changes. He sent pics to show the quality of the product before I placed the order. The order was shipped as promised and arrived without issue.

The decision to use American Surplus as the racking supplier for our warehouse expansion was the right decision. I will definitely use them on future projects.

Product came damaged and the trucking outfit you recommended wouldn't pay the damages and your company wouldn't take responsibility either.
We got stuck with 15 damaged racks.

Everybody was very helpful. Received what we ordered. There was one piece that had a twist and they replaced it right away.

Charging unit we ordered didn't come with one of the cables needed for install. Not disclosed and is a common sense assumption that it would be included. Company didn't want to ship the cable and said it was our responsibility. Unit also came pre-configured for a different setup despite a few emails confirming it was for a 240v application.

Our order was handled by Bill Lizotte from start to finish. We needed to run a system temporarily which required two conveyors. Conveyors arrived ready to go as promised with correct incline legs and flat conveyor legs. It was easy to assemble and was plug and play.

Always have what we need and extremely helpful. Easiest transaction I made in the last year.

Ordered wire decking for pallet racks. Quote and order process was great. Delivery was on time and condition expected, however a problem was discovered after delivery.

What i didn't discover until we unstrapped everything later is exactly half of the decks buried in the stack were 8" short. In other words, i paid for one size and got a smaller size that leaves a large gap in my racks.

I contacted my last AS contact via email explaining the situation and have heard nothing since.
