Caring & committed

The electric hospital bed that I bought had a malfunction. That can happen with any mechanical device. I was impressed & grateful for the quick action by the American Quality rep I had been dealing with. He quickly ordered parts & installed them himself! And he assured me that I could depend on the company to always fix problems. That kind of commitment to customers is so important.

I had bought a battery operated 4wheel…

I had bought a battery operated 4wheel scooter. The thing was junk, sent back & received a replacement only to send it back for same reasons. I ended up going to another medical supply cot& have had no issues.
