If I could give them less than 1 star I…

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Their carrier left my parcel on my door step despite being told not to! It was stolen, I contacted DPD and they admitted leaving it unattended, despite this I’ve now been waiting nearly a month and the birthday I bought them for has passed! They have ignored my emails since the 15/10!!! Pls use another company if you want good customer service! Shame really as I’ve bought every year from them!!

Still not arrived no dispatch

My son used his birthday money to purchase his favourite snacks, he has autism and is devastated that his package hasn't been dispatched it has now been a week since ordering and there is no email to say dispatch. I have tried the online chat and emailed but I have no response. I have also tried the phone number on there website which doesn't receive calls. I'm now looking into how I can get refund but it's difficult when the company doesn't acknowledge there customers!!!

Goods finally arrived. And there was complementary gift inside too which my son was excited to try this made up of the delay of his goods.

No communication when sent numerous emails about my product what didn't arrive on time

1st order very happy !

Made an order and arrived today.
Did take a while to arrive but it does say they have a backlog of orders so this can be expected.
Very happy with my order at a very competitive price.
Would definitely use again !

Received my order and it was missing…

Received my order and it was missing majority of my order! I got in touch via email and received no reply! I then got in touch by the chat and it took 2 days for a reply in which they agreed there had been an error made with my order and offered me two solutions refund or to send out the rest of my order! I picked to have the rest of my order sent out asap as it was for a birthday present! I didn’t get a reply but 5 days later the rest of my order arrived! After the birthday!

Wasn’t happy

Customer service is zero but products are awesome.

**EDIT** My review on the customer service side/lack of email response still stands the items arrived today and are great. Thank you for the postage refund and the little extra .

I have emailed twice in the past week with no response so this review is about the very poor customer service from getting the item shipped through to the lack of customer care. Should my package arrive and the items are satisfactory then I will leave an updated review about the actual items**.
