DO NOT purchase a warranty with this company. Took them over 3 weeks to decide that my claim was denied saying that my car had pre existing damage happening to the car before purchasing the warranty that NO ONE notice that it's happening in which my certified mechanic for decades refuted this. So what they're saying here is that that could be happening to every car on the road, so what's the purpose of having a warranty if they can use this against you. And mind you, they wouldn't refund ALL the money I paid them for a warranty I couldn't use. They offered a resolution, the resolution was refunding me one month for a 5 star review. Again, DO NOT purchase a warranty from this company, read all the reviews first on them. Zero stars if they offered it.

Want to again warn people this company is a scam. They deny coverage and when you put a bad review they promise to refund some of your money if you change to 5 stars. All i can say is don’t hold your breath waiting for it

MotoAssureadmin is a fraudulent company that takess extended vehicle warranty from companies like American Dream Auto Protect. Avoid both these companies and review the Cusomter complaints and frustration with both on Better Business Burea website.
I will provide my experience here. I bought extended vehicle warranty from American Dream Auto Protect who sold it to Motoassureadmin and I am charged the premium by Strata Auto. That was the first warning sign. When I had some issue with my vehicle abd filed a claim, they came up with a rationale that I had driven enough so that they will pay for the repairs. I let that go. After another 3 or 4 months, my vehicle had some oil leakage issue and check engine was noticed. I immediately took it to the dealership and they filed a claim. This MotoAssure reviewed my calim after five business day. After another three business day, they informed the dealership that they won't pay for any repairs because of failure to take immediate action. I drove less than a mile to the dealership and the vehicle was functioning just fine but this company is completely fraudulent because after I complained to my credit card company, they started refunding my last two months premium. They would rather refund the some premiums than pay for the required repairs according to extended vehicle warranty. The only way to go after them is several customers facing similar issues and being scammed, come together and go for a class action lawsuit so that this company doesn't dupe innocent consumers in the future.

This place got a good reviews because the people that offers you warranty will talk nice so you can get the warranty but once you buy the warranty and you start needing to use you warranty you can’t find anybody that can help you nor give you answer they will leave you hanging with no answer and make you wait 3 weeks or so to deny you they don’t email or anything only communication they have is by calling. It sad and sucks to have a company like this. This worst place to ever get a warranty and this review most people probably just doing it after getting the warranty but not have the experience of using them or filling claim it. It’s worst and not worth paying $185 a month.

I was about cancelling my policy until I spoke to one of managers. Ty was not only professional but she was understanding, compassionate, and went above and beyond to discount my policy saving me more money. I was surprised and impressed with her willingness to have the customer's best interest at heart. Ty is the best she's easy to talk too and it helps that she sounds like (Ice Spice) too. I would give her customer service 10 stars

The one star is for the company and how I was transferred three times then hung up on (total call time 10 minutes). When I called back same thing happened- transferred three times but this time I was put in contact with a lovely young lady named Ty. I give her 10 stars! She was so patient and kind and went out of her way to help me so I wouldn’t be transferred again. If your company had more employees like her you wouldn’t get so many complaints to the BBB guess that’s why they won’t give you accreditation. Good work Ty! You are a benefit to your employer and a diamond to the humanity.

This place is an absolute scam. They will take your money every month no problem and never pay a claim. Don’t fall for their lies like I did. I feel stupid for ever signing up with them.

Had warrenty for 5 months. My range roove went down and American warranty had them take the vehicle apart for a second inspection and came back with the problems were preexisting at the time of the sale. My vehicle was certified pre owned and only 20 thousand miles when I purchased it january 2023. $15,000 of repairs 2 weeks after a full yearly inspection that mentioned non of this and American dream auto is saying they arent responsible for any of these repairs. They are still charging me for coverage each month, on a vehicle they refuse to cover. They havent given me any information to resolve this issue, who to report to, file a claim with. And American Drean auto only covers 5-7 days of a rental but it took them 2 weeks to show up for the first inspection. They ordered a second inspection, another 2 weeks to show.

Promised a pdf of my coverage via email. Sent a link and the coverage details were greyed out. Started reading reviews, couldn’t find one that said their claim was covered/paid. Found dozens that said they were denied coverage despite proof given by a their certified mechanic and disputed by American’s “inspector” (hack). Pathetic!

Also dozens of complaints of being placed on hold for over an hour when they called in to cancel the service. Exactly what I am experiencing as I write this review waiting to cancel my agreement.

American dream they're really truly know how to sell you a fake dream. They tell you all that covered on the warranty platinum, but when it's time to file a claim, they declined everything and said it does it are covered.You guys are a big scam and people need to watch how they do business with you guys and I will let everybody who I introduce to this company cancel a policy....

Following my initial review, I did exactly what was requested and reached out directly to the Resolution Manager provided by American Dream Auto Protect. Unfortunately, despite giving them the opportunity to address this matter, I have received no response and no action has been taken.

At this point, there is still no resolution to my claim. The lack of follow-through after publicly acknowledging my concern only reinforces my belief that this company is not operating in good faith.

It is extremely disappointing to see a company respond publicly as if they are willing to help, yet fail to take any meaningful action behind the scenes. Because of this experience, I have lost complete trust in American Dream Auto Protect and would strongly caution others to proceed with extreme care.
