I had an excellent experience working with Mathew to ship my car from newjersey to california the customer service was outstanding. Mathew was extremely responsive, always answering my calls promptly and providing timely updates throughout the process. He made sure I was informed at every step, from the pickup to the delivery. His professionalism and attention to detail really set him apart, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mathew for anyone in need of car shipping services—he truly goes above and beyond!

This transportation broker is concise with transport instructions and the dispatcher, Jordan Smith was very friendly and easy to work with. I would do business with them again in the future.

Great service. Initial quote is low to get you pulled in. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. Actual price was double the initial automatic emailed quote. But the service was good overall. I had to request updates throughout the transport. They were very responsive when I requested updates. I would use them again.

I agreed to set price, paid my deposit and car was suppose to be picked up in Iowa to go to Florida on Thursday Sept. 12th. Matthew wanted to double the price blaming driver. It is Saturday the 14th and he still is trying to charge twice the quoted rate. Do not use this company. After several phone calls I was told the quote was just a price to get me to sign. Read the fine print. That's not how I run my business. And I expect honesty and integrity from my auto shipper.Richard McDowell

Called for a quote, spoke with Jacob Bruce but it was out of my budget, so I politely told him that I’d go with another reputable company.

He proceeded to scoff and laugh at me while shittalking the company I chose, all the while trying to scam me out of $845 for consultation by continually calling my number even though I had already chosen someone else.

Please don’t use this company. Jacob Bruce was inarticulate, condescending, and a scammer.

Great customer service from Elisa Ash. She listened to my needs, walked me through the process, and found me a shipping option closer to my budget! Elisa understood my concern about paying a deposit when I didn't have a confirmed shipping quote. All brokers quote $600- $950 to ship from California to Florida. After paying a deposit, they raise it to $1800-$2200. This is a horrible industry STANDARD practice of "bait and switch."

they sent me a quote of $465 and i gave them a $100 deposite with a balance due of $365 upon delivery-when it came time to ship they said it was going to be $875 to ship -i refuse because i had a signed contract from them which i also signed for $465 - they said that the contract was just an estimate at which i pointed out that the word “estimate” did not appear anywhere on the contract only the word “quote” -they repeatedly tried to pressure me into the higher price which i refused and asked for refund which they refused to do at this point-judge for yourself what kind of company this is but there are several other similar comments being made - i intend to repost this if i don’t get refund of my deposit-it appears that they are brokers and they give you a low ball price and then see if they can get someone to haul it for that and if they can’t they try to raise the price

They provided door-to-door pickup and delivery services, accompanied by commendable customer support, reasonable pricing, and widespread availability. Both vehicles were promptly delivered as promised. Undoubtedly, American Carship Inc. emerged as the top choice for us.
