VAT not advertised on items, then £19 shipping go a £63 orded in your basket turns to £96 at checkout
Shame as they have some decent products but its a slsy business practice

Good selection of items at decent prices
Shipping can be expensive but it is detailed on the checkout before you confirm your order and pay
Customer service is brilliant and replies really quickly - I placed an order, realised I messed it up as ordered the wrong items so sent an email and got a call back within the hour offering to swap for the correct items or I could have a full refund

Quote "If your order is placed before 1pm it will be despatched the same day, otherwise it will be despatched the next working day."
WHAT A JOKE!
Paid £9 for delivery. Ordered on 23rd May - now the 31st May - still no delivery.
Opened a paypal case.

Possible scam site
Placed an order then they added VAT and £14 shipping! It came to over £91 for a few drinks! Tried to contact them via email and phone to cancel but they are just ignoring me. Am now having to start chargeback procedure. They have taken the money from my account. Please be very careful. Avoid at all costs

Was unsure but turned out to be legit!
Was unsure about this as no trustpilot reviews and the website was a bit janky. Took the risk though (paid with paypal) and the products arrived. Well packaged and with a decent delivery time.
The only downside was delivery charge, which I think was way too much. However, this isn't enough reason to knock a star off.
