Nothing but a fraud company. PLEASE STAY AWAY. "I'm not one to write reviews so this is my first one ever." Was supposed to have my car shipped from Orlando to PA today 12/3. Yesterday was a hell. Driver couldn't pick up my car because he broke down. this company has nothing but sales men that you cant understand their English. they gave me the run around until I finally got my deposit back. " Only got my deposit because they had no choice." They will quote you one price only to charge you more the day of pick up and blame the driver. Driver was quoted one price, Ameri sales men add the charges because the more money they can get from you the more they get in bonus. STAY AWAY.....!!!!

My experience with Ameri Auto Transport…

My experience with Ameri Auto Transport LLC was extremely disappointing and absolutely not what a customer should expect from a professional auto transport company.

1. False Promises From the Beginning

The company quoted me a firm price of $575 for my shipment, with door-to-door service, taxes and insurance included, and a guaranteed pickup date of November 29.
The agent, Jay B, repeatedly promised—through multiple text messages—that the driver was ready, available, and would pick up the vehicle on that exact date.

Messages included:
• “Driver going to leave for pickups”
• “Pickup today and deliver Dec 1st”
• “Lemme know ASAP because he has a single slot empty”

Based on their word, I coordinated with the person holding the vehicle, who arranged their time specifically for this pickup.

2. Pressure Tactics to Sign and Pay the Deposit

After I agreed, they pressured me to sign immediately, even using phrases like:
• “Driver is waiting”
• “How much you need? Because driver is waiting”

This was clearly a tactic to rush me into signing the contract and paying the deposit.

3. Sudden Price Increase After Contract Was Signed

Once the contract was signed, the company began sending screenshots of different carriers demanding $900, $950, and even $1000, claiming that this was now the “real market price.”

They tried to blame the carrier, but the original fixed price came from them, not from any carrier.

They eventually told me the “new price” would be $1050—almost double the original quote.

This is unacceptable and dishonest.

4. Complete Failure to Honor the Pickup Date

Even after promising a same-day pickup, they suddenly claimed the driver had a “mechanical issue” and would need 7–8 days for repairs.

When I asked for my deposit back due to the delay, they hid behind the contract and said they have 10 additional days to arrange pickup—completely contradicting the guaranteed date they promised me through text.

The person holding the vehicle wasted time waiting based on their promises.

5. Constant Lies, Changing Stories, and Zero Accountability

Throughout the entire process, I received:
• Mixed and contradictory excuses
• Lies about the driver being “on the way”
• False confirmations
• Manipulative messages
• Zero responsibility for their own promises

Every time something went wrong, they tried to put the blame on someone else—the market, the

This is just a broker they don’t own…

This is just a broker they don’t own trucks or vet the drivers they contract. Don’t expect good service. Once you pay the broker they’ll triple your price and connect you to an unprepared and rude driver. Their call center being in India also makes communication terrible. You can barely understand the callers and their time difference makes it difficult to maintain communication with the driver so it’s you, the driver and the broker and everyone is only out for themselves. Just use an auto transport company that owns its own trucks. That way the driver is liable and will actually show up if they say they’re on their way.

ADVOID THESES SCAMMERS!!

This is a dishonest company! I used them recently to ship my daughters car from NM to TN. I agreed to a price of $575 for the shippping cost.I paid a $250 deposit and was told the balance would be due on delivery. I was told they had a driver ready and the car would be picked up later the following week.
The driver told me he had misjudged to space on his car trailer and could not fit my daughers car. Dispatched called me stating they would find another driver by the next week.
The next week I revied a few text with available driver but told this would cost more money. I told them I would wait and have my contract honored.
Over the next several months I would get calls and messages that were very agressive. I was told the drivers "were demanding more money" and they could not help unless I paid more.
When I asked about cancelling since they were incapable of finding a driver at the agreed price I was told I would lose my deposit. So I say and pay more money or lose the $250 I already paids as a deposit.
After 9 weeks of this ridiclous run around I was told they could do it for $750. That did not include the deposit amount and was an additional amount due on delivery. I finally agreed since I had no other options.
The car was picked up and 4 days later arrived. When I got the car the driver demanded another $100 because the contract he had was for $850. I had my signed contract with Ameri Auto Transport as did he and both stated different amounts.
We reached out to Ameri Auto Transport to fix the situation and were told they were out of the office and to just pay the driver and they would refund the extra back to me. I refused!!
The driver told me he could not give me the car and would take in on to Philly with him and we could pick it up there.
After a friendly chat with the local police, my car was finally released, and we got to take it home.
This is a very dishonest and unprofessional company and I would discourage anyone from doing buisness with the company. I spent months arguing and standing my ground and still ended up being robbed for more money!
Read the contract! It gives them the right to charge whatever they want and you have no legal recourse.
Bad buisness practices, incompetent employees, and lies from day one! ADVOID THESES SCAMMERS!!

Avoid These Scammers!!!

I requested Ameri Auto Transport LLC to pick up my Son car to transport from Georgia to North Carolina.. This was one of the worst decision I ever made..
1. The Dispatcher didn’t speak English well and I couldn’t understand her.
2. The day of the shipment she sent me a picture of the driver that were supposed to pick up the Vehicle with a swollen eye and said the doctor told him not to drive.. Granted the price was $225 to ship and I had given them $100 Deposit..
3.. I tried to cancel the order and she told me I would have to pay $200 to cancel and then dispatched another driver and said the price had double to $425.. I tried again to cancel but she would not and I had to block my credit card because they tried to get more money out of my account after the bank contacted me.
4. The New driver brought the car but was told a different price then what was discussed to me and we both got cheated out of our money.. We call the Dispatcher and she hung up on us because we both kept catching her in lies.
5. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and If they had a 0 star I would definitely chose it.. With this Shutdown going on and being a Government Employer not getting paid at the time this has been the worst experience that I have encountered and will never choose this company again.. Very disappointed!!!

Buyer beware - don’t do it

SHIPPER BEWARE!!!
Worst car shipping experience. Truck was from NH to FL. They started the process with lies and they just kept coming. Price got tripled from original quote and three actual transporters to complete the shipping. Should take 3 days and ended up being 2.5+ weeks.

The mgmr Jacob - don’t trust a word out of his month. He used the phrase “you have my word” and never delivered.

Just use another broker so you can have a great experience and this is someone who ships multiple cars/trucks a year.

Treated like a peasant

$600 contract signed $250 deposit

Week 1:Driver stated he misjudged the size of the other two vehicles on board and had to leave mine behind

Week 2:No drivers available

Week 3:Drivers available but we need $800

Week 4:We can't find any drivers for less than $1200

Week 5:We can't deliver your car for less than $900+$250 deposit (already paid)

Week 6: still waiting.

If I started walking 6 weeks ago, I might have made it to my car 2 states away, by now.

Thanks Ameri Auto Transport LLC.

Still waiting for my car.

Unprofessionalism, Deception, and Ignoring Obligations

Ameri Auto Transport LLC demonstrated an extreme lack of professionalism by concealing correct payment details, actively consuming our services, and subsequently ceasing all communication to avoid paying for the received leads.

Ameri Auto Transport LLC approached us with an offer to buy leads in the US car shipping field. We agreed on terms, and to start, they promptly signed the contract and provided bank details for payment. We operate on a trust-based model: we send leads first and invoice later.

Immediately after work began, we discovered that the provided payment details were invalid, totally FAKE. In response to our inquiry, they claimed the details would be updated after "verifying the quality of the leads." Despite this, the company continued to request and receive a significant volume of leads from us over the next 5 days from 09.25.2025.

After the leads were delivered, we attempted to resolve the payment. Communication from Ameri Auto Transport LLC sharply deteriorated:

Our messages were ignored.

On the rare occasions we reached them, their representatives claimed to be busy and immediately hung up the phone.

All promises from them to call back, update payment information, or provide any response were never fulfilled.

Ultimately, the company completely ceased all communication, ignoring all contact attempts via phone and electronic messages. In essence, they received the product (leads) and absconded from their financial obligations.

For Private Clients: If you are considering this company for shipping your vehicle, please be aware that their business ethics are highly questionable. The company has demonstrated a willingness to gain benefit without regard for its obligations to partners. It is highly likely this same approach would be applied to customers.

For Business Partners: As an experienced lead provider, we categorically do not recommend entering into any business relations with Ameri Auto Transport LLC.

Level of Communication: Appalling. Resolving issues or discussing problems is impossible.

Financial Reliability: The risk of not receiving payment for services rendered is extremely high.

Business Reputation: The company operates in bad faith, exploiting the trust of partners for its own gain.

This experience has been the worst in our history of working with broker companies. We could perhaps forgive wasted resources and time, but the outright deception and ignorance place Amelia Auto Transport on the list of unreliable and dishonest counterparts.

Bait and Switch Experts-

Bait and Switch Experts-
I booked this one month in advance to ensure a smooth process. Just awful people every step and any reviews you see that happen to be positive are fabricated or from their family members. Here’s how these scammers work -
THE BAIT -
1. Reel you in with low initial cost. Demanded $ in advance to “lock you in” on their low price. Total bs but anyway.
2. After they received the deposit, I did not hear from them again until the morning of scheduled pick up.
3. “JB” from Ameri Auto then tells me the car transport carrier “has broken down” and includes a picture of a parked car transport carrier. Why include a picture of a parked truck? He only knows.
THE SWITCH -
4. He tells me he does not have a driver that can pick up and does not know when one will be available. I said, ok I will wait.
5. He calls me back within 3 minutes telling me he has now found a driver and they are on their way but…it will now cost $1,500 instead of the $725 originally agreed and deposited.
6. Told him no thanks, I’ll wait to have it transported under the terms of the $725. He told me it could be 6 days, 14 days, 30 days and did not know. I told him I will wait and hung up.
7. He calls me right back and asks me; “how much CAN you pay now? I told him I am now cancelling and want my deposit back. He counters with “did you read your contract”. It basically says, if a driver is on their way and I cancel, no deposit is refunded.
8. They only care about squeezing every last penny out of you. Awful people but I know that karma will get them in disastrous ways so let them think about that.
AWFUL - STAY AWAY!
