I received the wrong item and when I asked for the item I ordered to be sent to me they said all they could do was REFUND 25% or I could pay to ship the wrong item BACK TO CHINA FOR A FULL REFUND!!!
I'm still waiting on another order I placed that has yet to arrive!!

We are a boutique, family-owned business being negatively impacted by this misleading site and it's bad business practices. We have heard from many individuals that have not received their merchandise. We do not recommend buying from this website.

I just received a ring I ordered. Very disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. The picture showed a bronze color, but the ring is a real brassy gold. Stone was much bigger that it looked in picture. The ring looked like something out of a gumball machine.

Bought a butterfly ring - looks as if it fell out of a Kinder Egg! Rubbish! Don't buy from here, they are a rip off!

Horrible. The ring I paid 20 plus dollars for looks like it came out of a gumball machine. And one of the “cheap pearls “ was missing. Also, the earrings had the “gems” fallen out loose in the package. And why does one of them say design by Korea????!!!!!

This is a SCAM! They sell cheap factory made jewelry. I fell for it and bought some earrings from the website. They were low quality and looked nothing like the pictures, I should have known better!

It is an awful company. Sent me the wrong size ring not what I ordered. Contacted them, I had to send it back at my own cost or they would give me 50%
Discount to keep it. I decided to keep it and get the discount. This was december 2024, I am still waiting for the refund. Absolutely dreadful company. Do not buy anything from them.

Messaged the company about my order. They said they had no record of it. Then I get this order from China and it was some of what I ordered but not all. What a rip off!!!! I wish Facebook would police these bogus companies like they police people's posts!

I have to say I was excited to be able to purchase something special for my spouse. When they say things aren't as they seem they were referring to your company. I selected the ring that looked like an ocean wave. I don't think I have ever been as disappointed as I was when I received your product. Your description does not say that it is open at the bottom and will pinch your finger. There was no wave like appearance, and it looked so very cheap. I guess I got what I paid for. You could have been honest in your descriptions. But then again you would not sell as many items if you were honest. It is very sad that I even believed it was possible to get something nice at a "bargain". I will not make the same mistake again!

CHEAP quality and piss poor customer service. I ordered a size 9 ring and was sent a size 6 ring. I tried to return the ring and they offered me a 10% refund if I would keep the ring…this speaks volumes about this company.

I cannot believe I fell for this -- but, I did! Bought several pieces for gifts and/or myself. The photos on the site were lovely but (obviously now) were of "real" jewelry items. The actual items received (still waiting on 3 out of 7) were dime-store quality cheap knockoffs! Not real metal of any kind!!! I'm usually a pretty savvy shopper, but I sure missed this one!!! Not worth trying to return stuff to get refund. I'll just have to accept the loss, move on and be more careful next time. Rarely, if ever,do I order this type of item from an unknown source -- lesson learned!!!

The website looked amazing, beautiful woman, beautiful storefront. I purchase from jewelry to make up, etc. I have never received such garbage in my life. I purchased two pairs of earrings for $48. They are garbage the first pair I tried on the class broke. I am so disappointed how these people have the audacity to sell products. I’m waiting to see if they credit my account because I will not be returning it to Hong Kong or China wherever it came from. However, please look at reviews before you purchase. They are a disgrace no wonder why they’re going out of business. Very disappointed.

Received my ring today and was very disappointed in the quality and did not look at all like pictures. Made very cheap and looks cheap. Asking for a refund but have heard nothing yet. Would not recommend!

I noticed while looking at their items, that many were being sold on Tamu. That alerted me to the dishonesty of this site. Don't fall for it.

Don't buy from this site.i was taken in by all the hype.I Ordered 2 rings which eventually arrived (I'd almost given up hope).they were very inferior quality and I've since seen them on Temo and Shein for under £2 .please don't waste your money.

Would rate zero star if I could, Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. The items ordered were not as described (cheap rubbish) plus one was damaged. Told I’d have to pay postage to return item for refund. They kept refusing to refund my money. Fortunately I’d paid thru paypal, who were brilliant, and got a refund thru them. Do not buy from this company.

I believed the story of Amelia and how she set up her business!! The jewellery looked beautiful so I placed an order. The email stated I would receive my items within 15 working days from placing the order on 25 January,
I am still waiting to receive this!! I've emailed several times but had no reply!! Cannot believe I fell for this!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
