Avoid.

Avoid.

I requested a return for my order because the item did not fit, was too small, and the quality was disappointing.

Customer service asked pointless follow-up questions instead of giving me a simple return address, and after that they have completely ignored my emails.

I am now being left in a situation where I cannot return the item properly and cannot get my refund, simply because they are not responding.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid handling returns fairly.

Would not order again.
