Your company does a fantastic job you were so helpful when I wanted to cancel an order as I changed my mind then I ordered a corner set with a fire pit I didn't have to worry you did it all unlike some companies which make it difficult my order cam quickly and so did my refund and its such beautiful furniture I would highly recommend amc to everyone thankyou

Once furniture all fitted together it…
Once furniture all fitted together it looks wonderful in the garden, however, we had problems where lot of fittings did not line up to bolt together so it takes a lot more time than the 60 minutes it says to do.
Also, I thought the glass top was integrated into top of table but instead it is held on by suction pads, which wasn't clear in description. Overall good for price but frustrating to put together.

Bought a firepit patio set from this company. The product is excellent quality and the customer service I have received over several phone calls from initial enquiries about the product, to ordering and then with a query after receiving the set has been excellent. First time purchase from amc won't be the last. Great quality outdoor furniture. Delivery was within a few days. 1 item was delivered slightly damaged. Was replaced hassle free a couple of days later no problem. Definitely recommend.

We truly are sorry for the experience you have had with delivery, unfortunately the set you ordered was direct home delivery from the manufacturer. This unfortunately doesn't leave us much wiggle room with the courier they use as they do handle their own logistics, we did send an email over regarding your delivery to try and help speed this up.
We really do value our customers and customer service is always at the forefront of our mind, whilst we appreciate the delay on delivery is extremely frustrating this doesn't warrant us providing a discounted refund.
We have apologised and can only apologise again for the issue you have had with the courier.

Great service in store & really good quality furniture.
We ordered on a Sunday & it was delivered the following Thursday. Communication was great with live tracking & I received a call 30 minutes before the furniture arrived. The guys who delivered were really polite & professional.
Overall a positive experience and would highly recommend.
