Non Existend Customer Service - No Response on Chat, Emails nor Call
I wanted to buy several items on their page. They had a Black Friday Page online with BF50 a 50% Discount Code. As the Code wasn't working I contacted them several days ago on their Chat and sent them proof of their Page with this Code and a Screenshot but no response. Yesterday I called them and they told me to send them the screenshots by email and they will look into it and respond. I didn't get any response but in the evening the page with the code was deleted. I wrote again on the chat box but no response to this nor my email. Today I wrote them again that I am still waiting for their response and perhaps a sign of gratitude for their mistake. This is very poor customer service. If a company promotes a discount accidentally they should minimum show a little sign of gratitude and a sorry response. Their fashion jewellery items are quite expensive (the earrings i was intetested in AUD 399 for brass and fake stone) and Necklace around AUD 300 so their Customer Service should represent luxery too. I wanted to buy several items but I don't support a company who doesn't value their clients. If their product quality is as bad as their client service you better stay away from them.
