Study Bitcoin NOT crypto
It's great to see an Australian company so knowledgeable on bitcoin and providing such a fantastic app.
I have set up my two daughters on a DCA recurring buy for their future (via the Amber app) and the process was very smooth. The customer service has also been outstanding to date.
I would encourage people to study monetary history and the issues with the fiat money system, and why bitcoin is the best savings technology ever created.
It takes some time and effort to do so, but it is well worth it for your future self.
Amber's knowledge section has great explainers on why people should look at bitcoin and bitcoin only.
Sadly the fiat money supply has been increasing at over 7% per year since the Nixon shock in 1971. This money printing is silently robbing punters of their purchasing power, and funding wars the public did not consent to or vote on.
Bitcoin is an escape hatch that will help the average person maintain their financial and personal sovereignty into the future.
I am delighted to see an Australian company who understands this and is focusing only on Bitcoin, not crypto. In addition, the app is very slick and user-friendly - it was an absolutely seamless experience to set up a profile and link a bank account.
Would highly recommend.

These guys are switched on and efficient. Customer service is A1, helpdesk and contact forms are answered quickly, the platform is easy to use and they only deal in Bitcoin. Security of cold storage, this is the platform you can rely on when investing in BTC.

App is a but slow
App is a bit slow but their dev team are working hard on version 2 of the app to optimise the performance and usability.
Experienced an issue recently where their app was down but I was assured it was just a small issue with their wholesale liquidity provider and was resolved quickly.
Looking forward to to when they expand their support coverage.
As an Amber Black user I am mostly happy but would be good if they can update their customers if any of their thresholds change for Bitcoin withdrawals. They recently changed their threshold from 2 million sats to 5 million sats so had to pay the bitcoin network fee where previously i didnt.

User friendly app and good customer service
I started using Amber a few years ago. Great app and service . I've used most features , like Amber Black, schedules for stacking etc etc. ive moved AUD to BTC and back and have recently moved BTC from Amber to my hardware wallet. I feel I've tested the service end to end now. Can't fault it. Any time I've needed help I've sent a message on chat and have had someone come back to me with clear answers. Simple and user friendly app, backed up by good customer service.

Great App for stacking sats 😃
I've been using AmberApp for over 6 months now to stack sats and it's been a great experience.
Any issues have been quickly resolved by the support staff.
Very impressed and easy to use to convert fiat to sats and then send to my hardware wallet. Would highly recommend 😃

I did not know much about bitcoin and came across Amber App! I found the app to be really simple to use and I love that I can buy bitcoin at the touch of a button. Customer service team was really insightful and pleasant to deal with.

Can't fault Amber's customer support team! I initially had a few small issues when using the app, but the support team were fantastic in helping - quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful. I was assisted mainly by Paul who was so diligent and responsive, highly recommend!
I like that Amber is Bitcoin only too and you can very easily use the interface, deposit funds and set up a DCA :)

Set and forget
Had issues purchasing though the big exchanges as my bank has deemed it to risky to allow purchases with the amount of fraudulent transactions occurring. Enter Amber App. Quick and easily to get set up and verified. Can set up a funds transfer through my banking app to automatically deposit a set amount each week. Perfect for me as a set-and-forget. Also shout out to the Tech team who helped me with all my queries along the way as I’m new to this. Let’s make some gains
