Ambassador Passport and Visa Services Reviews 

I needed my passport renewal A.S.A.P. so I could travel to Siapan to work on Typhoon Yutu clean-up with my company. I received my new passport even quicker than I had been told. Easy to deal with and very friendly.

I have used Ambassador Passport for several years for Visas and Passport renewals. They have always been knowledgeable, timely, pleasant and willing, on two occasions to go that extra mile. Both situations were problematic - one because of time limitations and the other because of the requirements to enter Russia. I appreciate the staff, especially the Manager.

The process was well explained and happened in a reasonable time frame. The people involved were knowledgeable and efficient. The follow up was a little confusing but ended up working out fine...

I have used Ambassador passports now for both visas and quick passport renewals. They are so quick and efficient in their efforts. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service.

I was very unhappy with the service. They didn’t communicate with me regarding my visa to China. I was waiting for their call so I can go and pick up my documents. They never called. They were so bad that my travel agent picked up my passport. I would never go back to them again. Thank you.

This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

Pleasant person but in the end were unable to deliver a visa in a timely way and I had to fly to LA to get my visa. No refund on their fee was offered even though I suggested that would be appropriate

I had to get a passport and a visa quickly. I went to ambassador's location as recommend to me by Ladan. While the experience in shop was quick and easy, when they sent me out to USPS there were some hiccups that had to be resolved (Particularly about not having an appointment). Overall I would use them again if I need to.

Efficient and thorough. Took care of our visa application to travel to Brazil.
