Tired and unitetesting

It has changed so much. The add on apps like paramount can be done via other platforms so what’s the point in prime anymore?
There used to be a Free for prime members section but this has gone. Now you see a decent movie and it tells you to pay or subscribe, what is left is a pile of second rate, B movies or a film in a foreign language!!!!
The platforms interface has a lot to be desired and the search engine is dire,,, seems bias towards content you have to purchase!!
Amazon your employees who you employ are second rate..

Amazon robs another unsuspecting customer.

I signed up for a free trial with a card on file. I had no intention of keeping it beyond the trial. Yet I was billed for another month, which was not authorized. I complained to customer service, and they said my money would be refunded in 7-10 days. They couldn’t tell me if it would go to the card on file or Apple Pay. I may not even still have the original card. I pay them instantly yet they need a week and a half to get it back to me? What a ripoff considering they illegally took the money from Apple Pay which I never authorized them to do!

Sheer Greed !!

After subscribing to Amazon Prime Video for £12 a month, they wanted an additional £2.40 to watch David Attenborough's Blue Planet, which is years old !!

Not sure about prime video

Not sure about prime video , son got it on trial to watch the football unfortunately doesn't live up to hype sometimes goes on and off and the picture sometimes can't make out the players

If you should find yourself coned into this service, you will only have 3 days a year from when "purchase" date to unsubscribe. That is, a product that you have paid for will be taken away from you if you should choose to not subscribe next year. you only have 3 day each year to unsubscribe. I dont even think that is legal.
The product comes in spanish! I was somehow conned into prime, and all the pages are in spanish, contacted customer "service" about that, they wouldnt help. Worst product ever. For me it means that i will never shop with amazon again and find another audiobook dealer than amazon too and let go of my audible subscribtion.

The application is great for my video…

The application is great for my video download with a nice user-friendly interface and gives me an enjoyable experience with me in a workspace for free downloads is also good for me. I have a lot of video`s on my download list in small words, lot of videos and a nice free download app for my needs. I would recommend this app for anyone on my social network if they would read my published post feedback and note to self for future downloads. I have not used all my cloud drive space for videos and software I take in my case I like the full experience of any application and not just the free package I want to spend quality time when Im using my applications, so I spend time and money on bying the app`s I like and try different types and sort them out for my needs and use them fairly every day for long periods.

2021: Amazon video is the worst digital delivery in Italy

If you live in Italy and you logically have an EU credit/debit card due to territory, forget about to buy or rent movies/tv shows from Amazon Video service.

They accomplish to the worst, pointless digital service ever in few steps (due to geo freakin' finantial restrictions) but hey, they rock in physical deliveries, gradually destroying the mental health of their employee.

Nice progress here!

3 things that make them inferior

Content: Same procedure as Netflix and Disney+

Cons:
- The "dislike" button does nothing (it hides the movie for now, but it resets as soon as you update the page. The button is there for show - it does not do anything.
- The page does not try to figure out what you like, so you will have to scan through the same content you already dismissed, every time you go looking for a film.
- When you watch season 1 of a series, you will have to use the search button to find season 2. Seasons are displayed individually, so if Simpsons got on Amazon Prime, you would have to scroll through 30 pages of identical buttons, and they do not even say which season they belong to, unless you read the tooltip (hover the mouse over each). I am sure it makes it look like there is a lot of content on the platform, but when you see the season finale, you have to make a search to see if there is another season with a different picture somewhere.

Umulige at få fat på, og de "stjæler" mine penge.

Jeg opsagde mit abbonnement i Juni mdr. Men de blev ved med at trække pengene. Jeg har prøvet at kontakte dem på alle mulige måder uden succes. Her til sidst tog jeg changen igen med chatten. efter 1.5 time!!!!! chat med ham her fra amazon, fik jeg intet ud af det. de fik både konto detaljer, referance nr. ALT HVAD DE SKAL BRUGE, til at se pengene blive trukket.

Dog kom jeg ingen vegne. han skrev at han godt kunne se transaktionerne.. men at "profilen" de var trukket til, ikke havde noget med mig at gøre... sjovt.. når det er mit kort.. Det lød for mig som en rigtig dårlig undskyldning, især når sådan en slags "svindel" er virkelig svært i dag uden div. oplysninger.

Men igen, kom INGEN VEGNE.. Så nu må jeg slette kort, så de ikke kan trække mig igen.. Hvilket virkelig er skod.

Det er bare ekstremt uprofessionelt, at det har taget SÅ lang tid at få fat i dem.. og man så ikke får andet end dårlige undskyldninger og en medarbejder der højst sandsynligt er blevet fortalt at skulle spille idiot med omvendte hænder og 10 tommelfingre.

Og ærgerligt at man ikke kan indsætte billeder! har nogle fine screenshots af hele samtalen.

I canceled my subscription in June but they kept withdrawing the money. I have tried to contact them in all possible ways without success. Here at last I took the chance again with the chat. after 1.5 hours !!!!! chat with him from amazon, I got nothing out of it. they got both account details, reference no. EVERYTHING THEY NEED, to see the money being withdrawn.

However, I got nowhere. he wrote that he could see the transactions well .. but that the "profile" they were drawn to had nothing to do with me ... funny .. when it's my card .. It sounded to me like a really bad excuse, especially when such a kind of "scam" is really difficult today without div. information.

But again, came NO WERE .. So now I have to delete my card so they can not take any money from me again .. this is really inconvenience

It's just extremely unprofessional that it has taken SO long to get hold of them .. and then you get nothing but bad excuses and an employee who has most likely been told to play idiot with inverted hands and 10 thumbs.

And a pity that you can not insert pictures! has some nice screenshots of the whole conversation.
