You sure you are part of Amazon?

It's called Amazon RX, hopefully, it's the same. Very disappointed with their customer service. A very distant cousin of Amazon.com that we know and love. Ask it to transfer my RX, it kept arguing that I still had old RX remaining to use. Wow, and guessed It. "we can't transfer from Walgreen". Am I the first person who transfers from Walgreen? seems they try really hard to push customers away. Their price for the meds I use is good. They are not spending on services for sure.
