From the moment I contacted them it was apparent that they only wanted to sell me a marketing plan. They showed little interest in my book. They originally listed my book, which is an adult humorous memoir, as "juvenile fiction." I caught that and they changed it. They also listed my book as in color (it's not) thereby reducing the amount of royalties. The final straw was when they charged me $1844 to register my book with the copyright office. When I challenged them they sent me a copy of a "paid invoice" from the US Copyright Office listing irrelevant charges. Again I challenged them and they promised to refund part of the money within 12 to 15 business days. That was on June 15 and I'm writing this review on July 31.
