Literal scam of a website. I ordered an item on 05.11.24 and at the moment of 15.11.25 it has not even been acquired to Inpost, which should be transporting it. The customer support chat does not support english. It suggested making a refund, but "oh no!" the refund is only eligible to be made only after amazon gets the parcel returned to them. How am I supposed to return something nonexistent?

On November 3rd I made two orders (406-6205744-7415524 for 545.8 euros, 406-7853729-7648361 for 272.9 euros, total for 818.7 euros, both seller and delivery person are Amazon itself), when ordering I was informed that I would receive the goods today, 11/14/2024.
I was ready to wait these 11 days, as the price of the goods suited me.
Today is 11/14/2024 and I was expecting to receive the long-awaited goods, but suddenly instead today I received emails that both orders were unilaterally canceled by Amazon today due to the lack of goods.
As a result, I wasted a lot of time, while I could not spend 818.7 euros buying goods elsewhere, as this money was stuck in Amazon.
Big disappointment.

Absolutely horrible.
I have been using Amazon.com for a decade, and I was expecting same kind of service from Amazon Poland. But no, it was simply horrible.

Placed two orders with them. First one was lost. Second one was missing half the items I payed for.

With the lost item the website informed me: you package seems to have been lost, you may apply for a refund. When I tried applying for a refund they said that they need to wait for 2 more weeks, maybe it can be found again. Firstly, if this is the case why let the website inform me that I may apply for a refund? Secondly, why am I even supposed to wait a total of 28 days for a purchase which was supposed to have come “tomorrow”.

Oh yeah, and all the tracking numbers shown on website both times never actually tracked anything. Plus the parcel I managed to receive in fact had a totally different tracking number.

What a joke!

Don't like that they leave my parcel on the door step even when I'm in they don't even knock

Doing well, minor obstacles, but overall experience is fine.

Second time I haven't gotten my package that was promised in 2 days and then 3 more days. I ask about it and am told to wait 10 more days. I used to praise Amazon through the roof. I am done with Amazon and I want my money back! I am going to tell the shippers that send through Amazon that I will not buy through Amazon again.

Attention, scammers on Amazon, I have prime, I wanted to buy Sudafed nasal drops, the main page has prime 1 day delivery. However, when choosing one package or two packages, a shipping fee of pound 25 is added and the shipment is delivered a few days later. No one at Amazon checks this or are they involved in fraud? !!!

Ordered an item from a retailer in London. Amazon Shipping have let me down badly. They delivered to what they called a mail slot. They did not deliver to me. Apparently it is now deemed as lost. I hope that the retailer stop using this company. It’s not reliable.

Please improve your UX and UI from the Jurassic period. I can't even find if the item I'm going to buy is new or not! What a shame! It's the basic functionality for such sort of platforms

I live in Lithuania. I recently found out that Amazon in Poland exists. I thought that it'd be better to order something from the Polish Amazon than from the German one, because it's closer, and therefore faster.
I found an interesting smartphone there. I was just curious how much shipping would cost. I wasn't going to buy it now. Clicked "Buy". On another page where there was a message: This product cannot be delivered to a parcel locker or collection point. Choose home or office delivery. I ordered to my home, so I didn't see a problem in this. When I already filled in all the data, clicked Pay, an error appeared, where it was reported that the selected product could not be delivered to the selected address. I spoke to a support agent and this is special experience. This is by far the most unhelpful customer service conversation I've ever had. They're taught there to give you a lot and at the same time no information. So, the chat:
me: Hello George. I have an order. I'm not buying now, but I wanted to see how much it costs to deliver to Lithuania. I had one address and it said I couldn't deliver there. I changed it and it shows this message again. But there are no boxes or anything. These are residential buildings. what is the problem?
G: Very sorry about this, most likely in such situations the system automatically determines that the goods cannot be sent to your address and simply informs you that the goods cannot be delivered there.
(and then gave a list of other amazon website addresses)
Me: Do you deliver to Lithuania at all?
G: Unfortunately I can't give you an answer to this question as each item is independent and may or may not be delivered depending on the item to item.
I completely understand your frustration and rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that all items are shipped to as many countries as possible.
However, if an item cannot be shipped to a certain country at a certain point in time, there are definitely obstacles that can prevent a successful delivery, and we don't want you to have to deal with that.

So yeah, as you see I talked to the agent and didn't understand what it was at all. After that I started looking for other products on the website, and it really surprised me. A huge amount of products is impossible to even try to buy. It seems to me that it is impossible to buy any product if you live in Lithuania. This is very strange. What are the problems between you? Where can I read about it? Only, let's not connect me with a support service agent like George. I already understood that I won't get anything from that information.
P.S. Yes, I know that this is not some story about money or order loss. But the experience is terrible and noone explained me anything properly.

I do not recommend anything called amazon to anyone!!!! This is the first and last time I used this service!!! I ordered a watch for my wife for her birthday, it was supposed to be delivered the next day at 1 p.m. Four days have passed and I find out that the shipment must have been lost. I recomend no-one buys from this company.

Oh, I see that Amazon has the world record in low trust already, so they probably dont care about one more bad comment.

Well: I subscribed for a 7 days long free subscription to Prime Video - wich I got, and what I could watch was few and lousy movies and a loooot of crappy series. All the good stuf was "temporarely not avaiable in your area"...

It gets worse:

I tried to end the subscription 2 days before it ran out. No way !
Clicking on "end membership" had no effect at all - NOTHING happened - not even an error message came up...
BUT there was a link to Help, so I clicked that, and got an error message - the page was not existing...

After an hour or so, I gave up, and guessed that Amazon/Prime Video had a problem with their site.

NEXT DAY: I tried again - guess what happened...
You got it - NOTHING !!!!!! Same crap as yesterday.

Today I see that Prime Video has drawn the subscription fee for a month.
And
Today I have ended my subscription - nooo problem.

What is going on here - are Amazon/Prime Video so low, that they pull a scam on their potential customers ???
I can assure that it has ONE effect on me:
"NEVER AGAIN PRIME VIDEO OR AMAZON !!!"
Also I will sell all my Amazon Stocks - because I cannot believe that Amazon is a good business that will grow, when this is how it works.

Addition on feb.02-24:

Getting Worse: They took payment for my unwanted subscription and i put it to an end, so they will not grab more of my money, and what I see now is, that I can't see much <1% of contents, and mainly bad series, and the rest is only possibly to watch if I buy or rent or is not avaiable at all, so I payed for 1 month, and I got 1 day.

So I have payed for a subscription in one month, and I get basicly nothing.

That is called theft !

thieves and scammers drivers steal packages by entering in the amazon application during delivery that they gave the household member, unfortunately there was no one else but me!!! WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT AMAZON, THE MICROPHONE IS TURNED OFF AND AFTER A MINUTE THE CONNECTION IS FAILED!!!!

Horrendous time with there customer services. A number of advisers did not process my request and then eventually did but incorrectly. I had to contact the third party to correct the amazon error.
Amazon did nothing !!
All this I did from my hospital bed following heart surgery 🤦‍♂️😢

Second delivery in two weeks, failed to turn up!!!

Amazon.pl does not have a clue how to build a website based on Polish language the translations do not work ,the website shopping cart shipping address gets corrupted ,refund are a nightmare .AMAZON is not ready for Poland just yet .
